Staying at this hotel in the heart of Pattaya was such a wonderful experience! The room was spacious and just the right size, with complete facilities for a comfortable stay. I came here with my best friend, and we had such a happy time together. From the fitness center and swimming pool to the delicious restaurant, everything was amazing. Definitely looking forward to coming back again for another relaxing stay!

Stayed here from the 24.4.26 to the 1.5.26, when I checked in they took 2000 thb deposit which I paid on my credit card and they told me it would be refunded in 2 weeks but I never received it so they have basically stolen it from me. The hotel is filthy my room was never cleaned properly and the wifi was terrible in the room. The only reason I’d return here is to retrieve the money they stole from me

Depending on the issuing bank, it may take additional time for the process to be completed. In some cases, once the authorization has been fully released, there may not be any notification sent by the bank, and the amount will simply not appear on your final statement.We would never intentionally withhold or “steal” any guest deposit. Fantastic location for visiting Pattaya. Near treetown so good location for nights out. Hotel very clean and has a brilliant pool although ground around pool is rough and needs flip flops on. Breakfast is different and edible. Was disappointed that hotel charges for a game of English pool (free outside). Rooms are good with a comfortable bed. Has onsite massage. You must get a room looking over the pool. Location is simply the best for all activities. So good that I’m going back !

Great hotel spoilt by newly opened noisey girly bars next door

I have stayed here 4 times now I really like this hotel the staff are friendly and helpful the rooms are clean tidy and the beds are comfy The location is fantastic close to all amenities and night life .The only thing I do not.like about this hotel is the newly opened bars next door the music and noise is horrific sleepless nights till about 3 am unfortunately this will be my last time staying there .You just can't sleep

Second Stay, Same Wonderful Experience

This was my second stay at Heeton, and it was just as memorable as the last one. No complaints at all.The earlier noise issue from the café was not a problem this time. Breakfast has improved, and the crowd was nice and decent. As mentioned in my previous review, the location is perfect—peaceful yet very close to Walking Street.I booked directly with Heeton, and the pre-arrival communication was smooth, with all my requests accepted. A couple of small suggestions only: room renovation in the future and a closed closet would be helpful—but these are just suggestions, not complaints.Thank you, Heeton, for another wonderful stay!
