This was our first time staying at a Hilton hotel, although we had dined there a few times before. We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome, making us feel like we were in a beautiful second home. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, with stunning sea views and views of Pattaya city – refreshing and relaxing. The restaurant offers room service, and in the evening you can enjoy dinner on the 34th floor with breathtaking city views – everything was delicious. All the staff were very professional. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and was served at a convenient time. Everything was perfect. The hotel is also connected to Central Pattaya shopping mall, so you can easily walk there for shopping. The surrounding area is also very convenient with many tourist attractions and recreational spots. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay. Try it once, and you'll definitely want to return many times.

เพื่อนมาจากอเมริกาและพักที่นี่ พวกเราจึงได้มีโอกาสไปหา และชวนกันไปทานอาหารที่ร้านอาหาร Drift ของโรงแรมช่วงเวลาประมาณ 14.30 บรรยากาศที่เข้าไป ตอนแรกคือ.. - ลูกค้าเยอะ พนักงานยุ่งไปหมด ขาดการบริหารงานอย่างมาก - พนักงานหน้าตาเคร่งเครียดไม่พร้อมบริการ ไม่พร้อมรับลูกค้า - พอนั่งที่โต้ะ ขอเมนู พอส่งเมนูให้ พนักงานไม่มีแจ้งลูกค้า ว่า Take your time and i 'll be right back or something . น้องหายไปเลย. คงเพราะยุ่ง แต่ควรแจ้งลูกค้าก่อน!!- สั่งอาหาร ทุกอย่าง (ปกติ น้องกลับมาด้วยใบหน้าที่ยิ้ม รับออเดอร์ ทวนออเดอร์ได้ดี- อาหารรอนานมากๆ 40 - 50 นาที แบบไม่มีพนักงานคนไหนเดินกลับมา Recheck หรือ Apologies ลูกค้าถึงสาเหตุของการล่าช้าใดๆ แต่กลับปล่อยให้ลูกค้ายื่นคอมองหา ทุกๆนาที จนสุดท้ายต้องลุกไปตาม แต่พนักงานแจ้งว่าออเดอร์เยอะ พร้อมชี้ให้ดูบิลที่เสียบกองอยุ่เยอะ ...แต่มันนานเกินไป และไม่มีใครเดินมาแจ้งลูกค้าเลยระหว่างรอ !!! - อาหารมาเสริฟ แบบไม่ร้อน คาดว่า คงวางค้างในครัวเป็นเวลานานและไม่มีใครนำออกมาเสริฟ.
