  I had a wonderful stay here with my best friend. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and has great facilities including a swimming pool, restaurant, and fitness center.The location is excellent, with many restaurants, cafés, and the beach all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.   Run Down and Dirty!

  Hotel Baraquda has become a dated and dirty dive hotel. The suite I stayed in was run down and in poor shape. Exposed electrical wiring, dirty bathtub, extremely over-used furniture to name a few things. Moreover, I found the front office staff and reservation & shift manager unfriendly and equally incompetent. Absolute absence of even basic customer service. This was not a pleasant experience and I would never go back. The 5 stars they awards themselves is laughable, maybe 3 at best. As explained by our front desk team, the rate you booked was a non-refundable promotional rate, and this condition was clearly stated at the time of booking. We regret that this added to your frustration.We also wish to note that upon departure, the key card was not returned to the front desk, and there were minibar charges incurred during your stay that remained unpaid.   booked this hotel for new years. hotel was decent offers free covered parking for guest. the hotel feels upscale and more artsy vibe to it as the rooms are little different as how they are set up. cant speak much for value as it was new years and prices were pretty high. it was very clean with good bedding and comfortable bed. didnt notice any exterior noise but then again it was NYE. front desk was extremely nice and so was the front door and valet and security. breakfast was very good and the pool looked beautiful but it didnt receive much sun with the building blocking.
