  Horrible experience with this hotel

  I booked this hotel for 6 nights because good online reviews. Unfortunately my experience with this hotel is just horrible. When I was checking in on the first day, I told receptionist to give me a higher level & quiet room but they gave me a horrible 2nd floor, which is right next to a busy street. This hotel is a 4 star hotel, but the noise isolation of this hotel is horrible, horrible and horrible, worse than a 2 star hotel. I could not fall in sleep until 1 or 2 am everyday due to outside motorcycle or vehicle noise. This is not the worst part, the worst part of this hotel is built as completely paper wall between room and room. I can hear everything from my neighbor room’s TV or music noise. I lived in another 4 star hotel of Pattaya last year and I never have this kind of horrible noise isolation problem. Also, one of their house keeper doesn’t have any manner. She is an old Thai woman, spoke loud on the phone, with speaker on around 8am morning right outside of my room. As the standard of 4 stars hotel in Thailand, this is completely unacceptable. My horrible 2nd floor room is also right next to the roof of first floor and my balcony door lock is also broken which makes me very unsafe. What if some theft climb to the roof and then he can access my room very easily to steal all my money. Therefore, if you are a light sleeper and I would highly highly not recommend for this hotel

  The reception of the front-desk team was very good. They assisted the guest rooms and the hotel. The housekeeping team is very friendly and has provided very good service from their perspective. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. If we ask for anything, they will be delivered quickly. The girl who cleaned our room was very kind to us and we were very grateful. They provide us the pool side service also for food and drinks. We enjoyed a lot by staying there, even they only arrange the transport for us and arrange one tourist also as we requested ,the hotel driver going is very good to us If we visit again to pattaya city we definitely prefer to stay over there and I recommend my friends also to stay their Thanks team J pattaya.... ❤️By Manoj

  Generally good ASQ hotel in Pattaya

  Pretty good ASQ quarantine stay, October 2021. Clean, attentive staff, and the food was better than expected. We stayed in a family suite with additional room, total 109,000 Thai Baht for 14 days. Recommend them in this regard. Be aware though that they do have a no refund policy, so you may want to pre negotiate that if government quarantine policy changes, that you should be entitled to a refund for unused days, tests, food, etc. For example if you check into their hotel but the next day the Thai gov't says quarantine is no longer mandatory... you won't get stuck having to stay with J Hotel. In our case the Ministry of Health cut the quarantine time for vaccinated travelers from 14 to 10 days, but the hotel would not refund us for the 4 days we wouldn't be staying. Instead, they said we could stay for 4 more days if we wanted. LOL! Whatever. Alternatively perhaps find a different hotel with a more flexible refund policy.

  This hotel is brilliant value for money, and if you have to quarantine i highly recommend it, the rooms have everything you need and are cool, quiet, and clean, the food is outstanding all things considered, and nothing is to much trouble for the staff . I will be back when i next visit without a doubt.

  Good location ,, easy to access from main road, close to terminal 21, Room is nice and clean, Open air lobby. , big swimming pool.Food is excellent 👍🏻. Friendly staff 😊 ., always helpful 😘 . Full line breakfast
