More like a 2 star hotel very old and worn out furniture however the reception staff need to learn some manners when checking out totally ignored just picked up the phone and totally ignored me very rude I suspect they was checking to see if there was any outstanding bills but would of been nice to be asked if everything was ok with my stay in the end I just walked out would not recommend this hotel to the manager don’t bother responding just read your last review on staff whatever you have said hasn’t made a difference

No services. Terrible customer service. Staff rude with no experience. No elevator. Everything dirty. Minuscule pool. Other hotels better for the same price. Super noisy area. Expensive. Only positive point, breakfast ok.... Will never book again.

Not the hotel they advertise online

This is probably a nice hotel - if you are actually get a room in the building that features on all their images. I booked a standard room for about $80 per night via Chase Travel portal. Upon arrival they said I booked a junior room, which is half the price on their price list. It was also not in the hotel itself, but outside its perimeter in a very old building without an elevator, facing noisy street with loud dance music all night - I could only sleep with ear plugs. The room was also nothing even close to advertised - small, very old, balcony could only fit one person. You can easily find rooms of this quality for $30 in this area.

Old decor, old room, old everything

Stayed in a studio with balcony.A few reviews down, mentions 'not ideal for a family holiday' - who books a hotel next to LK Metro for their family, especially when they've stayed here before, then has the audacity to blame the hotel? Self responsibility is a thing. Who even books a family holiday to Pattaya?Good:• Bathtub in bathroom.• Decent room size.• Large fridge, microwave and cooking facility.• Located in central Pattaya and next to LK Metro.Bad:• Apparently built in 2006, doesn't seem like it's had any kind of refurb in the last 18 years judging by the wear and tear on the furniture and discolouration.• Old-style decor that may appeal to octogenarians, don't think it appeals to the younger crowd including myself.Personally, I wouldn't choose to stay here again unless I was desperate.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the action, but also quiet and offering a good nights sleep in a large comfortable bed with good linen and pillows. Excellent size room and handy kitchenette with large fridge, plenty of cupboard space for clothes. Didnt try the breakfast but plenty of local cheap restaurants. Great location.Over 6 weeks stay and enjoyed it all.
