  A real upgrade

  Hi i’m writing this review I have stayed at the LKEmpress six times in the last few years and I’ve always enjoyed my stay and had a good experience… A lot has changed in one year there is a few staff members that I’ve been there for as long as I’ve been going there and are really great and … there are some new members of staff which are very polite happy nothing is too much trouble especially pool manager Who has taken great pride in upgrading the Sun lounges are towels laid on the Sun lounges comes over speaks with you ask if there’s anything that you need … he has created a very calm environment poolside and he is such a happy easy-going person… as I said before I stayed here quite a few times and got used to the room gradings I made a mistake when I first visited there with a city view but learnt that you have to ask or book Seaview room to get the best view of the Beach… when I booked I was unable to get the Seaview so I’ve booked Paul view deluxe Jacuzzi room which was fine it had a little view but I think you have to go to the seventh and eighth floor to get the best view we had a problem with some people that were next door to our room went down and complained the next morning they offered us two rooms to pick to move which was really good and I felt that the complaint was dealt with quickly and respectfully this has never happened to us before but the staff were amazing…. I have read lots of reviews saying that the staff are rude and the hotel is not really worth the money but I book every year and look forward to going and I’ve had amazing trip couldn’t fault it thank you to all the team Ann

  Beyond Expectations in Every Way

  We absolutely adored our time at LK The Empress! From the warm welcome at check-in to our final departure, the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. The location is great, and the room was spacious, quiet, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely, and the experiences offered by the hotel were a great added bonus.The staff here really are the stars of the show. From their polite demeanor to their 'can-do' attitude, everyone was amazing. The front desk team, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had an amazing time overall and would definitely recommend it. Many thanks to the entire team!

  Tranquil hotel in the heart of a hectic city.

  Pattaya is unlike anywhere I have visited before, very hectic and bustling to put it mildly. So to return every day to this beautiful tranquil hotel was a real pleasure. Beautiful lounge when you enter, spotlessly clean everywhere. Extremely comfortable bedroom, surprisingly spacious. Add to this delicious breakfast each morning. Highly professional and friendly staff. I personally really enjoyed staying in this hotel and look forward to returning.

  A superb location close to everything.

  The LK Empress is an older style hotel with lots of charm. The location is fantastic on Soi 12 and just across the road from the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the facilities were first class. The room itself was beautiful but if I was booking again I would ask for a room with a sea view.   Great hotel, great location, great staff

  Stunning hotel for the price. Had sea view from our balcony. Jacuzzi bath which was great, bed which was so comfortable you didn't want to get out of it. Staff brilliant and very helpful. Location couldn't really be any better. Only downside, the food from the Indian restaurant on the ground floor was disappointing. However can't fault anything else.
