  Exceptional Hotel and Amazing Staff, Specially Ms. Prae

  I always stay in this hotel and may be this is my 8th time staying here, I feel like home staying here, nice boutique rooms and amazing staff. It has excellent location nearby every thing. All staff are nice here, I want to specially highlight Ms. Prae from front desk for her exceptional gratitude during my entire stay, she always greeted with smile and made sure that I have best experience from upgrading my room and providing fan in the room for extra comfirt. I will always book this hotel for my stay in Pattaya

  I booked through Klook for just one night. I could have stayed longer since it wasn't peak season. I had the pool to myself. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is accessible. I used Grab all the time. Only downside is that the room I was in has thin walls I could hear the noises room from the other room.

  We booked into the hotel and we checked out after about three hours. Not entirely the fault of the hotel but I will break it down below.I try to be understanding of cultural differences in my reviews, I really do, but we couldn't stay in this hotel. The positives are that the hotel reception area is nice and clean and spacious and the staff are polite and very helpful. The wifi worked all over. The internet smart TV has access to youtube, Amazon, Disney etc.Issues with the hotel.1. Within twenty minutes I had found two large bugs within our room, one was in the bed. 2. The plaster shows signs of being rotten/damaged and just painted over.3. Mold growing in the shower room. This was our final straw, we had a baby with us and were not risking staying here any longer.4. The outdoor pool beds which look pristine in the photos, are dirty now from weather and have not been cleaned properly. There is detritus between the bed and the pillows and the white leather is stained brown from weather or worse.5. As we came out of the hotel towards the pool, there are rubbish bags piled up up in full view. The pool itself is open to the carpark and the pristine lawn that is in the photos is not accurate at all. On a personal point, as much as I consider myself to an open minded person; I don't want to look at a swimming pool with three grandfather aged men cavorting with their much younger Thai girlfriends. It's loud or at least our room was loud. The hotel is right next to a busy four way intersection with a flyover above it. The streets are damaged and not safe for walking and certainly not wheelchair or buggy friendly. This is not the fault of the hotel in any way, its just to make people aware.

  Worst hotel in Pattya

  Not good hotel rooms are very old and dirty. Rude behaviour by front staff when we asked to change the room and we were ready pay for upgrade as well. Blankets were torn out very bad hotel.It used to be good hotel I have stayed many times in last couple of years but property is not maintained anymore.

  Best hotel in everyway....whether we talk about location, view or hospitality.. everything justifies with pricing of the hotel... i stayed for about 5 days and never had a bit of problem as the staff is helpful. regular cleaning of the rooms etc.. I would prefer taking rooms with balcony if you smoke..as they have non smoking rooms only... over all i would recommend this hotels if you are going with your friends or as a couple.
