  Very positive experience here. I spent a lot of time at the 5th floor pool. Lovely environment and the waitress, Nongnong, made sure I wanted for nothing! Would definitely come back again!

  The resort markets itself as an ideal family destination with its water park and pools, and while those amenities certainly delivered for the kids, the overall experience fell short of what I'd expect from a Mercure property. The building itself shows its age quite clearly - think worn carpets, dated furniture, and rooms that desperately need a refresh. The staff tried their best to be helpful, though language barriers occasionally made communication challenging. If you're coming with kids and they're obsessed with water slides, they'll probably have a blast. But if you're looking for a polished, modern resort experience, you might want to keep looking.LOCATION: This is honestly one of the hotel's strongest selling points. I could walk to Pattaya Beach Road in about 5 minutes, and the Terminal 21 shopping mall was maybe a 7-minute stroll away. Art in Paradise is literally around the corner - maybe 200 meters. Central Festival Pattaya Beach, Tiffany's Show, and the Alcazar Cabaret are all within easy walking distance. The hotel sits slightly back from the main beach road, which actually worked in my favor because I didn't get the constant noise from Pattaya's party scene, but I could still access everything quickly. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were convenience stores nearby.DINE + DRINK: Didnt have a chance to eat or drink at the property, so cannot comment.ROOM: We stayed in Room 1220, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Partial Ocean view and view of cityscape from the cute little balcony attached to the room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perf`ect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Nice spa quality toiletriesFACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights, workout stations, and Cardio machines. They have 2 swimming pools - one infinity pool on the 5th floor and one massive family pool.SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good!   Ancient property,outdated ,more of an ibis style.beds worn out tiny rooms discourteous reception,horrible ABF,ONLY POOL WAS GOODHOUSEKEEPING CLOSES BY 6 pm,never heard of it anytime.,nothing to boast of,only for kids
