  Very Poor Experience Reported by My Guests

  My guests recently stayed at Mind Resort Pattaya, and unfortunately, their experience was extremely disappointing.Hotel They reported that the rooms were very dirty and poorly maintained. There were cockroaches in the room, especially in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom also had a constant foul smell, making it very uncomfortable to use. Basic hygiene standards were clearly not maintained.In addition, the staff behavior was rude and unhelpful. Despite raising concerns, the hotel staff did not respond properly and showed no professionalism or hospitality.As a travel planner, this kind of feedback is very concerning. Based on my guests’ experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness and service quality.

  We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mind Resort Pattaya and couldn't be happier with our choice.   We had a great stay at Mind Resort Pattaya and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s the perfect home base if you want to be near the action but still have a clean, relaxing place to come back to.Why we loved it:Prime Location: Located in South Pattaya, it is within easy walking distance to the famous nightlife and Walking Street. It’s so convenient to be close to the excitement without the noise keeping you up at night.Wonderful Staff: The team here is incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in.Clean & Comfortable: Our room was spotless, and the pool was very well-maintained and clean—perfect for a morning swim.Great Dining: We really enjoyed the delicious food at the resort; it was much better than your average hotel fare!Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be recommending this resort to our friends and family. 10/10 service and value!

  Worst service Hotel ever stayed

  I was extremely dissatisfied with the service, especially housekeeping, reception, and the bellboy. They seemed more focused on penalizing guests by taking photos of a single damaged pillowcase. Although only one pillowcase was stained, they took multiple photos and attempted to charge for three, totaling 1500 Thai Baht. Eventually, the housekeeper clarified that only one pillowcase was damaged, not three. 2. There were men at the pool wearing improper undergarments instead of appropriate swimwear. Hotel staff did not address this, making the environment uncomfortable and not suitable for families. 3. The air conditioning system was not properly controllable. 4. My passport was not returned even after I had paid all food and damage charges, which was very concerning. 5. The hotel charged 300 Baht for a single pillowcase, even though such a pillowcase typically costs under 100 Baht. 6. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for families or anyone seeking a peaceful holiday in Thailand.

  Generator was not avialable in hotel when light was off, cx escalated and called multiple time to our agency and hotel. overall customers experience was not good.
