  This has been one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve dealt with.I had a 12-night booking and requested a simple date change. No refund requested. In fact, my revised plan would have resulted in the hotel making more money. It was a win-win situation.Instead, they refused outright — hiding behind “terms and conditions” rather than showing even the slightest bit of flexibility or basic business sense.What this really shows is a business that is only interested in taking your money upfront, with absolutely no regard for customer relationships, repeat business, or reputation.As a result:They’ve lost a returning customerThey’ve lost future bookings for multiple roomsThey’ve lost any chance of referralsAnd for what? Protecting a policy that actually costs them more in the long run.In an industry built on service and reputation, this level of rigidity is not just disappointing — it’s incredibly poor business.If anything changes with your plans, expect zero understanding and zero flexibility.Plenty of hotels in the area — I would strongly recommend choosing one that values its customers.

  A good hotel and staff is willing to help with any inquiries I had. The room was cleaned properly during my stay and always restocked with fresh items. The location is within walking distance to everything one needs. The breakfast bar is grade A.

  We arrived to this hotel 27th march around 4.30am. At first the girl who was on duty at front desk was very rude & unfriendly. Even rest of the staff too were not friendly at all. While we were waiting at lobby what we noticed was that she treats even other guest the same way. The room was not bad.We were on BB basis. For breakfast you have walk out for about 500m to a another hotel. There too the waiter was same. They look at their guest as enemies. Front desk girl should be sent to Tango Vibrant hotel at Bangkok for tarining They should learn how to treat their customers from Bussaba (front desk girl) at Tango Vibrant, BKK. Over all very poor customer service.

  Booked for 16 days left after 6 days could not sleep due to noisy music from nearby clubs bouncing threw the windows complained to staff on multiple times they did not care very unhelpful towards the customer dirty rooms kitchen very dirty mould and stains all over WOULD AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

  The Nova park is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in world wide. We have booked 3 weeks here as part of our honeymoon and still have 10 days left. I have barely slept because of the noise and parties coming from neighbouring rooms and the night club outside which you can feel the bass and hear the music from every night until 6am! So much so the single pane windows in our room rattle! The room is filthy. Mouldy shower and silicone. Dirt and dust everywhere- under the bed is disgusting! And to top it off there is seamen stains all over our head board of our bed… we have had to cover it with towels. I’ve watched the maids “clean” and they just run a broom over the floor not evening trying to sweep up. The staff are particularly rude and unhelpful if you ask for anything and I’ve just been told that the manager is on holiday for 4 days and “nobody is in charge” during that time. The photos on the website and trip adviser should be removed- they are not accurate at all- the gym for example you will need a tetanus shot before attempting to use. The rooms are dated which is fine but the cleanliness and state of them is awful! I can not stress enough how terrible this place is. Seriously folks do not book this hotel based on the photos or alleged good reviews. We come to Pattaya two times a year and know the area well and also the Nova hotel group. However this Nova Park is a hell hole and has ruined a lot of our stay here for our honeymoon.
