My experience was very bad as there were lot of croaches in my washroom on the bag there staff were not cooperating and after 3 days of telling their staff not doing anything i showed the pics to their manager and after 3 days of shouting at their staff the manager immediately changed my room with no questions asked

After spending 705 days in Nova Platinum Hotel for the last 14 years I claim that this is the best Hotel in Pattaya (before I had been to some other Pattaya hotels so I can compare). I'd like to pay attention to clear advantages it has: moderate prices and at the same time high quality living standards - comfortable clean rooms, unbelievable great location (very quiet area and at the same time 8 minutes walking distance from famous Walking street), good restaurant, exotic swimming pools. Very important is that high professional and friendly people work here:charming ladies at the reception, cleaning ladies and other staff, ready to help you solving any problem immediatelly day or night. I also would like to say kind words to the Administration, providing that you enjoy happy stay here. Summarising everything said above I recommend Nova Platinum Hotel to any Pattaya visitors to make them get best impressions about their stay here. Personally for me Nova Platinum Hotel became my second home and I will surely come back next year to spend my nearest vacation living in the Hotel. The location of Nova Platinum is very good .So many Indian food restaurants are nearby the hotels.Walking Street is just at 5 minutes walking distance from hotel.The rooms given to us are backside of hotel.The AC is not working well of most of the rooms.We request at reception to fix this problem. They send technician but problem not solve.We use same rooms for three days.Lot of inconvenience. May be AC installed are old and not properly work.Please clear this before booking

All along the globe, the stress free country is named Thailand. Along Thailand the stress free city is pattaya. All over Pattaya city, the only stress free place is Hotel Nova platinum. Nova platinum... Just remember this name for the best stay in pattaya. Stepping through the lobby I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious... and very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were great, The staff were welcoming and helpful, The staff were attentive and courteous, and The receptionist was very helpful.All among this one ????. ?????????? (FOM) is ready to help the guest on the spot with spotless.Cleanliness ????The rooms were clean and bright, The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel was close to major attractions.Important : I'm speechless about the complementary breakfast. Gratitude to the hotel management for least bothering about the vast expenses for preparing such a wonderful and delicious item's to cook and serve. Royal salute to the kitchen employees.
