Been here a few times already. Very reasonable price with superb hospitality; place, amenities, food and service. Especially Nong Nanon. Very welcoming and impressive smiley service.

Novotel Got the Basics and Details Right

In this trip, we celebrated my wife’s birthday by staying in 4 different hotels. In one 4-star hotel, water dripped from the air conditioner, and in another hotel, the room is so hot and the uncleaned air conditioner took 6 hours to cool the room. Novotel Marina Sri Racha hotel had NONE of these problems. The team got not only the basics right, but details right as well. For example, K. Junior was very welcoming during check-in, and management allowed K. Shark and K. Nanon to create and serve their cocktails at the Premiere Lounge. These were the reasons why we stayed at Novotel Marina Sri Racha 2 times this month.
