  Lovely and friendly staff and comfortable

  I was staying here because my brother had an accident and was in hospital. All of the staff were so beautiful, friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to try and help me in any way. The bed was super comfortable and I didn't hear any noise of a night time, but that could have been because I was super tired.

  Just spent 2 weeks at Journey hub, Reception staff were wonderful, the hotel was immaculate. The ladies who cleaned my room everyday did a fantastic job. I really enjoyed this hotel and I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for a great stay, she you again. 5 star stay.

  Biggest issue I faced and reason im giving only two stars is rooms are noisy. I have been hearing noises from neighbouring rooms from all sides be it corridor, roomos from upper floor and both sides. To keep it short couldn’t sleep properly. Bathroom was to small nothing was upto the standard . They charge money like three star hotel but not even close to one. When we first checked in the bed sheets had stains. After complaining at reception they changed.

  The high rating is in accordance with the price paid. The hotel rates are mid segment hence do not expect luxury. But we found All the comfort and convenience that we were hoping for. To begin with, very convenient location. Eating Options and convenience stores are available around. We had booked a junior suite which was spacious enough . The AC was super Effective, a great respite from the heat outside as soon as we would return back. Extremely Friendly and Accommodating Staff..they made All the difference.

  Location is goodReceptionist is mechanical and distant charged extra money as we reached 1 hour before from India though we had booked 2 rooms Hotel is good but services are not .At 9pm, refused to clean/ change the dustbin (as it was full)saying housekeeping is not available
