Great hotel. Very clean rooms and the staff were very friendly. The Discovery Beach restaurant on beach road side is first class. I've eaten here many times outside staying at the hotel. Sevice and management are the best in Pattaya. They have nice live music 6 nights a week and I've never had a bad meal. I always get the ribeye or a pad Thai. Their deserts and coffee are great too. There are definitely cheaper restaurants but you get what you pay for. When I'm in Pattaya I eat here at least 3-4 times a week. Hope this helps! Benjamin McElyea COWBOY

Hotel is well located short walk to beach road or second road. Bhatt buses are easily accessible. Rooms in Dee tower were comfortable and spacious. Bathroom clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Good Hotel for the price decent value.

For $80 USD a night (a lot of money) I received: a) No maid service between nights of stay. b) Some rude, cocky kid instead brought my water and TP.

If you like to be at the centre of the nightlife

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is situated right in the centre of the Pattaya beach action so the only problem is it is slightly noisy at night. Try and get a room facing the opposite side from soi 6 but the pools are great. The bottom pool has a really great restaurant that has good food at a reasonable price. The room was large and spotless with a very comfy bed and a superb rain shower that blasted water out. Great after a hot day at the pool.

Ants stay away from this hotel

I got first one room and then ants was discovered, they moved me to another room then ants was there as well. They want to start spraying with chemicals. I had struggle to get refund then they cheated me on another day when I got refund due to late check out when I was waiting for them to replay.
