  The worst and outdated hotel in Pattaya City. Do not booked this hotel, not recommend.

  This stay has both good side and poor side. The good ones are the bungalows are located in a nice surrounding in the garden (if you choose not to stay by the beach). They are pretty big inside and the bathroom is also quite roomy. Helpful staff and plenty of parking space as well. Also, the price is affordable. The sides to improve are the wifi, which doesn't work in the bungalow area, the swimming pool water with the not clear water (broken filter?), the tv set in my bungalow didn't work. But perhaps the most disgusting of these things are the house lizard poo that I found on the bedsheet on one of the twin beds. So, this was saved by the fact that I traveled alone and could sleep on the other bed. But please. If the room has not been used for a few days, just re-check everything in the room before letting any guest sleep in that room!

  Nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle

  I stayed at the apartments which were very new up to date with great security and a very nice pool. The hotel itself has another nice pool driving range and a good restaurant and lobby area with a nice friendly vibe. A few people I spoke to said the older cheaper rooms were a bit tired and needed updating. I would advise paying the extra for a deluxe room, this is a part of Pattaya where you may want to spend time relaxing in your room. If you have come here to party it is not suitable anyway. Good free bus service in and back from the town / beach / nightlife but ends at 10pm. I had a great stay here. Going in early and coming back early, most days.

  Old and not too well maintained

  The location is good near Naklua rd and Dolphin circle.But there is a very noisy disco next door, very audible in the bungalows at least.No safe, no wifi in bungalow rooms. The temperature of the aircon cannot be controled!The swimming pool is ok, the chairs there not very.The breakfast buffet is inferior to the almost next door Lekvilla which is also significantly cheaper

  The location is good if you want to relax and don't mind bhat bus. Bungalow clean but dated. Breakfast was ok what you would expect ask for fresh eggs they will do them.Both pools ok but Brollys old and ripped lots of broken beds.The pool bar not stocked asked for water they had none only coke and only 1 bottle of that.The reception and pool staff are rude every time I've gone to the safe I've had an attitude the management need to check Rota and whoever was on at 12 today 5/5 When I checked out needs a sharp exit of that desk her attitude stinks shouting at guests it's totally unacceptable.I will e mail direct and also advise the tour operator......
