    An Exceptional Experience

    rating04 Sept 2026

We chose to stay at the Beach Terraces for our 30th wedding anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We were joined by our adult children and partners and we all received exceptional service from all staff. It began with manager Chaiyanan meeting us personally as we arrived and expediting our check in. He took such great care with our comfort and well-being and we were especially touched by the floral message left by our housekeeping team the morning of our anniversary and Chaiyanan’s personal delivery of roses as well. The sunset bar staff were attentive and accommodating. The service was quick and professional. All the restaurants we visited were outstanding. The Royal Grill Room went above and beyond with our anniversary dinner and we left like royalty ourselves. The Japanese restaurant was so good we went back for lunch the very next day. Panorama restaurant also delivered the goods with the most comprehensive breakfast buffet I have ever seen to delicious international options in the evenings. We used the infinity daily. The gentleman working with the towels and daybeds was wonderful. He anticipated when had weather was approaching and sorted us out. He always had a big smile and greeting shoe ys every day. The bar staff here were great too. Overall I can’t think of one thing I could or would change. I can’t wait to go back there. If you’re thinking about this hotel I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Thanks again Chaiyanan for your care and attention. We appreciated everything you did for us.
