Avoid at all costs!

I booked and paid for 7 nights at this hotel. I LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT! It was terrible! A throwback to the 1970's, with little obvious maintenance since then. The room was dirty, ceilings and bathroom full of mould, bathroom door rotten at the bottom, making it difficult to close. Noise from the busy beach road until 4am, with motorbikes revving up. Do yourself a favour, save your hard earned money and book elsewhere. The photos don't lie!

Small insects are everywhere in the room. Towels and bed sheets are in very bad condition. The room need to be renovated As Soon As Possible. If you can’t start your day without hot shower don’t consider this hotel, as the temperature of water is just warm.

Beach Front Hotel In Pattaya

I have been staying in this hotel for past 7 years, I really appreciate their hospitality. This time when I arrived at 1030 hrs, I was tried cos of my long flight. I requested them about early check in. Front desk staff understood my request and gave me early check in at no cost.

extremely rood reception , without saying or answering hello or welcome , told me:give me your passport . its shocking terrible way of accepting people .I called manager and ask explanation she told me if you want cancelation tell me! in the room is worst .just next to the bed humidity and mold,cancer guarantee .the towels I let you see in the picture and decide if im crazy or it the new normal.

Very poor to no Wi-Fi. Washroom water flow very slow. As we went in a group of 20 people, some rooms did not have got water. The swimming pool was good and the staff was courteous. Food was average. But the major disappointment was internet and only staff lobby had good connectivity
