Love this Hotel and The Rooftops *plural for rooftops

This is not my first stay at this hotel. I stayed 3 years ago during Songkran. Its honestly such a perfect location. 5 minutes walking to Beach Road. 5 minutes walking to the big mall Terminal 21. Right across from a smaller mall and night market. 5 minutes walk to a larger night market you can see from the hotel. Lots of really classy massage places and bars for drinks all around. Location is seriously 10/10 with 2 amazing rooftop pools and places to view sunset. I stayed for almost 3 weeks in the Ocean View Room that has a little corner window you can lay in. It gets direct sunlight from noon. You can see everything! Amazing separate bathtub and shower. Refrigerator and tea kettle on a small mini bar. Loved my room even tho it could use a bit of a modern renovation with lighting, plugs, outlets and a microwave wouldn't hurt for at least some of the rooms. Anyways, I enjoyed all the dining at the hotel from Big Fish to Barbu to Sky Bar to On the Road. Honestly the hotel should host an in house pub crawl because if you like up the happy hours starting with Barbu you can enjoy drinks all evening if you want that kind of vibe. Breakfast has a lot of options but I was grateful to the staff member who helped me make my noodle-less bowl every morning with broth protein and veggies. The drink menu at On the Road is amazing, and intot my latte there daily. For lunch I had Barbu almost every day and loved the Fennel Sausage Pizza with kale. I loved sparkling wine is on the menu at the restaurants here. I can't stress enough that every single staff member at this hotel is amazing. The women on the morning and daytime shift front desk were amazing. The concierge was amazingly helpful. The staff at On the Road, Big Fish, Barbu, and the Sky Bar. Amazing. The customer service is 10/10. I wish I could remember everyone's names but just know that if there was someone to complain about, I wouldn't hesitate to say. I also want to take the time to acknowledge the cleaning staff, particularly Nos. Althought the hotel could use some modern updating in rooms I was so pleased at how clean the rooms are kept. After staying almost 3 weeks I can't express enough how comforting it is to know the rooms are cleaned so well. I saw with my own eyes the detail that went into that and I think that's something the hotel needs to brag about in a world where you don't always trust cleanliness of places. As said before, This was my second stay at this hotel and I definitely plan to go back. Shout out to everyone. I can't find where I wrote down all the names. But when I say everyone, I mean everyone. Best staff and well trained at a beautiful amazing hotel.

Hotel location and infrastructure is unbeatable. Everything is close by, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall experience is smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay again.

We are this middle-aged couple in this young lively hotel and were welcomed and greeted with big lively smiles and warm hellos/sawardika everywhere we went for the duration of our 3 days stay that extended to12 days.With a 6 am breakfast buffet. Yes! I am that first person that walks in at 6:01 am to buffet and Ms. Wiang and all the breakfast staff are READY with big smiles for the army to come to breakfast and tackle them.After the second day, housekeeping already figured out this old couple’s extra needs and shared with other crews the information and for our rest of stay we did not have to ask for any additional toiletries and necessities because they were already provided. I would like to thank Mr. Piyarvat/House Service Supervisor and his staff for their excellent service. Thank you!Of course, Siam @Siam has modern rooms with comfortable beds. But we will just come back anytime for wonderful staff great location, and the views.I would personally like to thank your management. Lynn and Wilmon/guest service supervisor for your excellent service. Finally, the lady manager (sorry I lost her business card). Madam! Ms. Manager! You run Siam @ Siam hotel impeccably!Thank you again and we look forward to coming back at the same time next year.

Good and negative points about Siam@Siam.

Spent 15 nights @Siam in January26, will give honest review as experienced negative and positive points, normally we travel to Aonang to relax for a month good quite place to relax sand convenient for my wife for Indian vegetarian food. we both are in our late seventies. I am semi disabled with muscular dystrophy and use rollator for mobility. prime objective for this trip was to escape freezing London in January to do walking and relax by pool in comfortable 4 to 5 star hotel and enjoy good food. We both are non drinkers in our old age. This time chose Bangkok and Pattaya to cut down long flying time.Booked directly with Siam 15 nights they asked for THB 55704 for 15 nights and said that breakfast was inclusive because of long stay, and stated that full amount to be paid on arrival. agreed and gave my details and printed their email offer. Stayed 5 nights in Bangkok and took a taxi to Siam Pattaya.On arrival presented copy of email to receptionist and gave her THB 55704 in cash she counted money and and gave receipte for money no break down of VAT was stated in receipte and retained our copy of reservation which had terms of condition and reservation.But asked for deposit of THB 5000 said that will be refundable on check out. and she said if I don't have THB will accept British pounds, I declined to pay saying why it was not mentioned on terms and condition . She can empty the mini bar before we enter the room and we were not going to use condoms and Ky jelly listed on menu. she and her supervisor retracted demand for deposit straight away. And said why there is no breakdown of VAT on receipte, straight away printed another receipte with VAT break down! may a genuine error or were there defrauding Thai Tax authority? and asked my original booking document for my record which had terms and conditions. After getting back to London I referred to AI deposit about deposit information I got that they used to ask for 2000 baht deposit but spontaneously they decided to ask for5000 THB which they probably forgot to add to terms and condition! AI google Gemini mentioned that quite few customers had paid deposit with credit card were struggling to get deposit back into their account involved long term communication and hassle with Siam.breakfast was average but waiting staff was brilliant were brilliant, they were empathetic with my disability offered to serve me hot drinks like tea and coffee and carried my buffet food. Really enthusiastic young staff with sense of humor a good pint about Siamanother god point security guards at main entrance saw me with rollator insisted on escorting me to cross main road with sometimes their hand on my shoulder lovely gesture.A minor incident next day me and my wife decided to lie on sunbed on 2nd floor pool. A young waiter approached us and said this sunbeds are for people who consume beverages and food worth Th.B. 3000. I politely said I paid THB 55000 for room and this facility. I said to him you will have to get security guard or police to get us out of sunbed! and asked him if I take his picture for review purpose? he promptly disappeared,After 15 minutes floor manger a Caucasian lady called Amy approached us a mild mannered polite lady. She said that she apologises on behalf of her new staff. Politely said can she offer us complimentary drinks or refreshment as a will of good gesture. we thanked her and declined, said when we want it we can buy it our self. A good damage imitation managerial exercise buy her.last good point waiting staff and reception staff became very friendly. my wife personally wants to thank waiting staff who were very friendly with her Rainbow, arty and Enrico and young friendly housekeeping man whose name she has for forgotten apologies
