  Not bettef compare to other hotel in rate and facilities. Staff was not cooperative and some time false fine without argument and listen your side...so i sggest other hotel

  I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others.From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The biggest issue was the receptionist, whose behavior was absolutely shocking. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and spoke with a tone that showed complete disrespect towards guests. Instead of assisting us professionally, she acted irritated and uninterested, as if customers were a burden. Basic questions were answered with attitude, and there was zero courtesy or hospitality.First impressions matter in the hotel industry, and unfortunately, this one failed completely at the front desk itself. The receptionist lacked basic communication skills and professionalism. Her behavior alone created unnecessary stress and ruined the mood of our stay.Beyond that, the overall management seemed careless. The service standards were far below expectations. There was no warmth, no accountability, and no effort to ensure guest satisfaction. It honestly felt like customer service does not exist here.For the price being charged, the experience was nowhere close to acceptable. A hotel is supposed to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed — this place did the exact opposite.I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. There are far better options available. No one should even enter this hotel expecting a decent experience.Very disappointed.

  One of my favourite hotels in Pattaya , best location , great rooms , excellent breakfast, great massage service , above all is hospitality of Mr Aryan and the owner sir , they are amazing people , God Bless Signature Pattaya

  0 support from staff. 0 service. Worst of experience. Never ever book this hotel. Rude staff and no help provided. Denied refund also. So pls don't ever book this useless hotel.

  Very worst people and worst hotel , rooms are clean and towels are very bad , hotel reception people very much rude and they will treat the people like their beggars
