    Wonderful Experience

    rating11 Feb 2026

Real Thailand experience. A beautiful country with wonderful people. We stayed here last month. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. However, at the time of check-in we faced some issues regarding room cleanliness and hot water. We raised the concern but it was not resolved immediately. As we were very tired, we slept feeling disappointed. The next morning, I spoke with the General Manager, Ms. Subhashini (apologies if I misspelled the name). She listened very calmly, expressed genuine concern about what had happened, and wondered why the issue had not been fixed earlier. She went above and beyond to help us and resolved everything properly. We all know service failures can happen anywhere—it’s part of the industry—but what matters most is how the problem is handled. A big thank you to the General Manager for her amazing hospitality. Also, thanks to Front Office Manager Ori and bartender Ozak for their support. We will surely come back. Highly recommended. Reservation Beverly Hotel Group, แผนกขาย at The Beverly Hotel Pattaya, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay in Thailand and appreciated our hotel’s location and overall atmosphere. At the same time, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during check-in regarding the room cleanliness and hot water. This is certainly not the standard we strive to provide, and we truly regret that the issue was not resolved immediately while you were understandably tired from your journey. That said, we are grateful for your kind words about our General Manager, Ms. Subhashini, as well as our team members Ori and Ozak. Your recognition means a great deal to them and to all of us. We firmly believe that listening to our guests and taking prompt action is essential, and we are glad that the team was able to assist and ensure the matter was properly resolved.Thank you once again for your understanding and for recommending us. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you back to The Beverly Hotel Pattaya for another memorable stay in the near future.Warm regards,The ManagementThe Beverly Hotel Pattaya

Great Stay for Indians – Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

    rating27 Apr 2025

I stayed at Beverly Hotel Pattaya recently and had a pleasant experience. It’s a good hotel, especially preferred by Indian travelers due to its proximity to the local market area and several Indian restaurants. The 7-Eleven store is just around the corner, which is super convenient for everyday needs. The room service was prompt, and the staff were very polite and helpful throughout the stay. They made sure we were comfortable and always responded with a smile.
