  Had an amazing checkin experience it was absolutely smooth. We got a complimentary room upgrade and early check-in as well. All thanks to Ratcha, Charisa and Naphatsorn.   Real Thailand experience. A beautiful country with wonderful people. We stayed here last month. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect.However, at the time of check-in we faced some issues regarding room cleanliness and hot water. We raised the concern but it was not resolved immediately. As we were very tired, we slept feeling disappointed.The next morning, I spoke with the General Manager, Ms. Subhashini (apologies if I misspelled the name). She listened very calmly, expressed genuine concern about what had happened, and wondered why the issue had not been fixed earlier. She went above and beyond to help us and resolved everything properly.We all know service failures can happen anywhere—it’s part of the industry—but what matters most is how the problem is handled. A big thank you to the General Manager for her amazing hospitality.Also, thanks to Front Office Manager Ori and bartender Ozak for their support. We will surely come back. Highly recommended. It’s a good hotel, especially preferred by Indian travelers due to its proximity to the local market area and several Indian restaurants. The 7-Eleven store is just around the corner, which is super convenient for everyday needs.The room service was prompt, and the staff were very polite and helpful throughout the stay.
