  Superb!

  21 Jun 2026

We are really enjoying our stay at The Gems Mining Pool. From the moment we arrived, everything has been smooth and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help, which really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The resort has a unique and relaxing atmosphere that makes it feel like a real getaway from the city. The kids have especially loved the gem hunting activities — it’s fun, interactive, and something different from the usual hotel entertainment. It kept them excited and engaged throughout the stay. Our pool-access villa has been superb. It is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with direct access to the pool which makes it so convenient for both adults and kids to enjoy anytime of the day. It really adds a special touch to the whole experience.Overall, it has been a memorable family trip with a great mix of relaxation, fun activities, and great hospitality. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for something enjoyable and a little different. Staycation, very close to the motorway

  13 Mar 2026

Stayed here for one night. The staff were lovely and helpful. Food was great. The room we stayed in was spacious but very dark and smelt damp. The hot tub in the room was a nice addition that the kids enjoyed! To get around you have to use a buggy provided by the hotel, we tried to walk and got very lost! We only stayed 30 minutes by the pool, the music was far too loud it was like being in a nightclub, it was unfortunately not a peaceful place to relax which would put me off returning. There was a seating area outside the room but it was on the road so not private and felt very dark due to high plants surrounding and also lots of mosquitos! Joe Sooksai, Guest Services / Front Office at The Gems Mining Pool Villa Pattaya, responded to this review Dear Jen,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent stay with us.We are delighted to learn that you enjoyed the warmth and friendliness of our team, the quality of our cuisine, and the spacious comfort of your room, as well as the in-room hot tub which your children appreciated. At the same time, please accept our sincere apologies for the aspects that may have affected your overall comfort. Your comments regarding the room lighting and humidity, the volume of music at the pool, wayfinding within the property, and the outdoor seating experience in certain room areas have been carefully noted. These have been shared with the relevant teams for thorough review and improvement, particularly in enhancing ambiance, privacy, and the overall guest experience. We truly value your feedback, as it allows us to continuously refine and elevate our service. We sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again in the future for an even more relaxing and seamless stay.Warm regards,Joe SooksaiFront Office Manager
