  Huge hotel with long queues

  Huge hotel, clearly a favorite among Thai families—and apparently also a museum exhibit for early-2000s interior design. The decor and staff uniforms feels dated, and the room design didn’t do much to change that impression.We arrived over a busy weekend, so naturally there was a long check-in line. To be fair, the hotel seemed ready for the chaos and the line moved surprisingly fast—arguably the most efficient part of the stay.Then comes the highlight: a 2,000 THB deposit. For key cards. Yes, key cards—those fragile, high-value items worth approximately a few baht each. Always reassuring when a hotel of this size feels the need to financially insure its plastic.The pool area is genuinely good, and there’s a small beach, which helps. Breakfast, however, is where patience becomes a requirement rather than a virtue. The dining area is far too small for the number of guests, so expect another queue—this one slower, more committed, and with fewer redeeming qualities than the check-in line.Pro tip: arrive very early or very late. Or embrace the full experience and just get comfortable standing in line.

  The breakfast was delicious the staff very attentive and friendly! Enjoyed everything! Also our room was cleaned every single day which was much appreciated! A bit far from the center but bolt was always available so it wasn’t a problem at all !

  Hotel very old and dirty, thats not even 3 star hotel. No choice for muslims at the breakfast. Also we ordered takeway breakfast because of early check out. At 5 am they said: no you didnt ordered anything. But they can check on cameras that we ordered it a day before.   밤에 옆에 컨퍼런스홀에서 행사를 하는데, 솔직히 밤 9시나 10시경에는 끝나야 하는거 아닌가요?.밤 11시가 되도 방이 울릴 정도로 소리가 너무 크고, 잠을 잘 수 없을 정도로 노래소리가 들려옵니다.행사를 하는 것 까지는 좋더라도, 방을 배정할때 적어도 이 소음까지 생각해서 고층으로 잡든 멀리 떨어트려놓든 대처를 해야하는데 이걸 방관함심지어 카운터에서 소리가 너무 커서 잠을 잘수 없을정도(창문이고 침대고 다 울립니다.)이거 대책을 마련해달라고 하니. 그냥 삼십분정도 일찍 끝내고 만다고 합니다. 그러고 본인 할말 하고 흥 웃고 전화 끊더라구요. 파타야에 수많은 숙소 있을텐데 이런 곳은 절대로 가지 마십쇼“There was an event in the conference hall next to the hotel at night, and honestly it should wrap up by 9 or 10 p.m. at the latest. Instead, they did nothing.I called the front desk to ask for a solution; they said they’d ‘finish about 30 minutes early,’ then laughed and hung up.With so many hotels in Pattaya, avoid this one.   Everything we asked for we got, even we we asked for a move to the villas outside. Fantastic staff and management. Look forward to going back and staying in the zign through the zign, in September 2025. So convenient for us to get around, and the staff couldn't do enough for you.
