At first I was annoyed at how my cancellation, due to Iran crisis, was refused, I even left a poor review based on my experience, however it appears my issue was in fact down to Trip.com and their agents and not the hotel themselves. In fact the staff at Travelodge Pattaya went above and beyond to rectify my issue and I could not be more grateful. I would recommend that if you have any issues with bookings then reach out to the hotel as you can be assured that the gracious staff will be there to resolve your issues in a very satisfactory and proffesional manner.

A very nice hotel with a wonderful staff and great location. A simple residence with nice accommodations. It was perfect for our short 2-day stay.

I appreciate the dedication of the staff to assist me with my first visit to Pattaya. They were very helpful in explaining how the check in process worked. Additionally they were helpful with daily needs such as cash exchange and clothes washing that otherwise would have been very challenging given my limited knowledge of Pattaya. I would rate them very highly!
