  Superb stay, really great Indian breakfast.Khun Nontalee was really helpful in all our check-ins.Rooms are clean, neat and spacious.Sea views are superone.

  Issues with booking and payment with no resolution from front desk

  I stayed at the hotel for two nights and made a booking through the hotel website. My booking confirmation on the hotel website states the entire booking had been paid for in advance and no amount was left to be paid at hotel. However, upon check out, the front desk staff informed me that all hotel bookings required payment at hotel. I made the payment but tried to follow up with a front desk staff named Narissara about payment methods and why there is conflicting information in the booking information. She said she would follow up, but has not yet contacted to confirm anything. *For other travellers, book through OTAs for peace of mind and issue resolution.

  Very nice newly built hotel situated in a quite place of Chonburi Area of Pattaya City in Thailand. Rooms have vibrant decor and some are over looking the Sea.At their Analogue Restaurant, they also have a corner for Indian cuisine during Breakfast

  I stay in early May with my husband and son (6 years old) for 2 night stay. The hotel is new with nice decoration. The breakfast line has decent selection. Gym is impressive with lots of machines and activities.Few things we didn't like are robot-like front desk. They didn't spend time to explain about hotel facilities, how WIFI work or where is the breakfast place. The second thing we didn't like is water is not warm enough. We called reception to help check and they can't fix anything. Lastly is about very salty porridge / boiled rice for 2 breakfasts that we had.

  I was supposed to be staying at building one but due to some technical fault, they shifted me for free to Phenomenal building which is more expensive. It has a beautiful bathroom with sweet looking tub. Simple balcony. Comfy bed and room is huge with big tv. No toothbrush though but it's all good. Nothing in the mini bar but I don't really take stuff from there anyway. Restaurant looks good but I didn't try eating there.You can even go to their sister hotel, Garden Sea View Resort and enjoy the private beach and pool for free. Love it to bits!!Pros:Friendly and helpful staffHuge roomComfy bed and pillowsGood air conditionerPeacefulCons:Far from capital but can go around with public transportation which isn't really a problemNo toiletries(toothbrush and paste,comb)Overall it was an enjoyable stay, love the room. I would book it again if I ever around the area.
