The room was quite dated and small for 3 people. It was also quite a distance from the pier so would advise using option of luggage collection. It is also quite a distance from the center perfect if you want a quite stay but if you want to be nearer the action choose a different hotel. Breakfast was adequate with a fair selection of choices. Pool area was nice and big but did lack a little bit in access. Overall a fine hotel but distant from center.

This place is a rip-off.We paid $250 for a night and the resort is not worth it. The mini bar had just water, the restroom is so basic with no towels / hand towels/toiletries.A very underwhelming experience.

I don’t normally write negative reviews and choose to use Tripadvisor for positive affirmations, but I feel quite strongly about this one…We arrived at the hotel for a 3 night stay. On arrival the staff were not very welcoming at all, in fact quite dismissive. We were told our room number with no other details (how to get there, information on the hotel/facilities etc ) we were just moved along.When heading to the room I perked up as I thought it looked promising, however the room itself wasn’t nice at all. It was very dated and mouldy, there were 2 cockroaches on the drain of the shower, however, we thought it’s only somewhere to put your head down at night….Turned out that putting our heads down at night was the problem - we’d have been better lying on the ground with a concrete block for a pillow, I’ve never had such a bad and uncomfortable 3 nights sleep on holiday. It also had the noisiest air con I’ve ever experienced. I sleep with ear plugs in every night (something which started with hubby snoring and is now habit) and could hear it still loudly through my ear plugs. Horrible hotel, basically i’d say avoid avoid avoid!!! (Now I’m off to review lovely restaurants in phi phi as I don’t like doing bad reviews!)

This is a very basic hotel with very basic rooms offering a very basic breakfast. I booked this place through air BnB. But they only print the good reviews. They also have a dangerous policy of allowing guests to drink alcohol in and around the pool from glass bottles. During my stay this was abused by several groups. One group decided to play music loudly on their phones and the management said nothing. Would definitely avoid this one.

Disgusting on every level. Bathrooms filthy and moldy. I was there on April 10th in room 217. The management was indifferent to my complaints. In leaving this review, it is absolutely my intention to prevent this business from stealing your money. Look elsewhere in Phi Phi for a place to stay.
