  Excellent modern hotel

  Excellent modern hotel 2 minutes walk from the pier. Would definitely recommend for its modern interior and bathroom as well as good WiFi and air conditioning. Slight downside is that you are awoken by local muezzin at 5am for the call to prayer (audible clearly even with ear plugs). However, there is no street noise and after this finishes it is easy to go back to sleep.Rooms are very spacious and pretty soundproof from room to room (we couldn’t hear neighbouring rooms at all even though it was fully booked when we stayed). There is no on site restaurant but I preferred this, with so many restaurants around the hotel it was a nice opportunity to try lots of different places. Ideally situated and good value, would stay again.

  Panmanee Hotel is centrally located on the island, which made getting around very easy. I was pleased with the overall stay, the room was clean and well maintained. While you shouldn’t expect a great view, the interior of the hotel and the accommodation itself were clean and comfortable. Being centrally location made it convenient to reach the pier and nearby amenities.

  We loved this budget friendly hotel for its convenience. Right in the centre of Phi Phi … just a two minute walk from the pier. It was very quiet for sleeping and the room had everything we needed including a larger sized fridge and safe.

  Location: Centrally located, 3 min walk to Tonsai Pier, close to shops, bars, restaurants. Easy access to day trips (by boat) to beaches on the island. However constant strong smell of 'weed' which was a bit nauseating.Facilities: Basic but adequate for a one night stay, luggage storage etc., WiFi a bit hit and miss. No bar, restaurant or pool.Room: Large room, clean, comfy bed, large shower room, fridge. We were in room 112 which had a view of a 'junk yard', so avoid if you can.Service: Staff were friendly and helpful.There were regular calls to prayer throughout the day, from around 05.00, I think the speaker was outside our room, for this reason I would not return to this hotel.

  Good hotel near the Phi Phi pier and restaurants!

  The Panmanee Hotel is near Ao Ton Sai Pier. The room was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. There are many restaurants nearby. However there was noise from a house near the hotel.
