Location

This beach hotel is located at Tonsai Beach on Phi Phi Island, which has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in Thailand. The resort is 50 m from the white sandy beach.

Facility

56 rooms, including junior suites and 55 double rooms, are available to guests. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and include a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels.

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Parasols on the terrace are also available. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including golf, a gym, a spa and massage treatments. Live music and a dance club are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    The staff have made me feel so uncomfortable, when I needed to go to the toilet, I showed one of them my booking and he laughed but let me carry on and then when I came out from the toilet there was a female who asked me where am I going, baring in mind I had already showed the male, my reservation, I couldn’t have gotten In or out without him seeing the reservation, then between themselves, they were talking and then they were like “ok you can pass” awful!! Please do not let it violate your human rights! Also they put us in the staff quarters away from the general public, on a side , it’s been a real bad experience, and the beds are really uncomfortable

    The hotel was pretty average, but Phi Phi itself was absolutely incredible.

    Average place. Construction is still on going, when asked about how they had stayed the building work would end in October 2024 hence why I booked, they replied it shouldn’t be too much of an inconvenience. The construction work was loud and irritating when trying to lounge around the pool. The pictures of the rooms are not reflective of what we got. I booked a superior room and it was far from it. We had to ask to move rooms as the safe and bathroom door would not close. When we did move the sink in the new room kept blocking and the water in the shower ran cold on several occasions. The staff request you leave your room key at reception everytime you leave. Pool was nice and plenty of loungers. There were times broken in the entrance to the building and they had towels over them.

    This place is a terrible hotel. Worst hotel I stayed in during my trip in Thailand. The bathroom toilet was backing up the whole time, had us worried about sewage backup and they did nothing about it when we told them. In addition our towel bar fell off the wall, and they don't do a proper turn down service. Even when asked to clean our room, they did not clean our room. But as soon as we left, within minutes of walking out they charged us 500 baht for dirty towels because we had to use the same towels for 3 days! This place is a rip off with terrible service and they are only trying to rip off tourists with their location however there are much better places in even better locations. Pass this one up without hesitation.

    This hotel is an absolute nightmare. The staff are not only extremely rude but also completely untrustworthy—one of them took our luggage! When we reported it, management did nothing and showed no concern or accountability.The service is terrible, the staff is unhelpful, and the overall experience is a disaster.

    Never Stay here Ever even if this is the last option

    They don't allow check in before 2 pm whatever may happen, even if you come at 1:55. Check out charges apply even if you check out at 11:01. Mosquitos are normal in the room. No telephone in room to contact reception, you have to go to reception for everything. No green tea or coffee sachets provided. No kettle and hair dryer were provided. Everything has a charge here, i.e. water, pool usage, towels etc. Breakfast is super ugly, not much options are there and that to below quality. The hotel is at the corner and very far from the port, so you need to carry your luggage by yourself. There is no one to help. Drinking water bottles provided are limited to two and the size of the bottles are too small, not even 200 ml per bottle. Extra water, pay more. No toiletries were also not provided.
