Location

This hotel is recommended for those who want a comfortable stay but prefer a central location, close to all that's going on in the village. The hotel covers a small section of Phi Phi Don Village and offers superb views of Tonsai Bay and the cliffs. The hotel is located in the centre of Phi Phi Island, with easy access to a secluded beach. The local village and night bazaar are only a 2-minute walk away and there are 4 dive schools 50 m away. There are 10 restaurants within 100 m of the hotel. Guests may also be interested in visiting Viking Cave, Maya Bay or Phi Phi Ley bay, which are around 15, 22 and 19 km away respectively.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The accommodation provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a 24-hour security service, a laundry service and a smoking area. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.

    Honestly one of the worst places I’ve stayed in Thailand!! And it wasn’t because of the facilities- they were average but the staff were extremely rude especially the security at night

    Absolute Nightmare – Left After One Night, No Refund

    This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably noisy with zero soundproofing, and it was full of mosquitoes—I woke up covered in bites.The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was cold, stale, and barely edible.We had booked 4 nights but checked out after just 1 because we couldn’t take it anymore—and they refused to give any refund.Summary: Noisy rooms, mosquito infestation, rude staff, terrible food, and no refund policy. Avoid at all costs.

    From the time we arrived the ladies on reception were amazing. They always had a lovely Thai welcoming smile. They did their best to locate our three rooms close together so that our family could be close by. We cannot thank all the staff enough for such an amazing stay.

    We had a lovely stay at the villa overall — the room itself was clean, comfortable, and really beautiful. Unfortunately, our experience was let down at the end when we were charged for a floor-mat towel that we never had in the room to begin with. We explained this to the front-of-house staff, but they were unhelpful and insisted we had to pay for it. It’s a real shame, because everything had been great up until that point. This unnecessary charge left a disappointing final impression of an otherwise enjoyable stay.

    We stayed here as a 1 night base for visits to neighbouring island tours. Rooms were clean but a little tired, when you leave the room to ensure its locked press the lock first on the inside or it dosent lock. Pool area lovely but only a few beds. Reception staff were so lovely and friendly . Great location and it was quiet to be honest
