    Beautiful Sea facing bungalow

    rating02 Apr 2026

We were so lucky to get a front sea facing family bungalow ! It was amazing … we woke early every morning to watch the world go by at the slow pace it is, and enjoy a drink as the sunsets, Everything is so close, sitting on the beach edge was stunning, and a lovely pool area, Breakfast was simple and lovely, As a family with children we stayed 4 nights, loved every moment and will return.

    À nightmare

    rating20 Mar 2026

I stayed two nights at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare from the moment we arrived. We were placed in a ground-floor room at the very back of the property, with a massive construction site literally two meters from our window. Workers were cutting wood constantly, creating an unbearable, relentless noise. It was so loud that it was simply impossible to stay in the room.We asked to change rooms, but our request was flatly refused by a staff member who was shockingly rude and clearly has no place working at a hotel reception. To make matters worse, in the middle of the first night, we were woken up by a phone call from this same person, complaining that we had reported the issue to Booking.com. He then told us to leave the hotel immediately and said he would refund the second night. After an already exhausting day dealing with the noise, we ended up spending a sleepless night, stressed and worried about where we would be able to stay the following night. This experience was absolutely unacceptable. It is a disgrace.

    Beds too hard, otherwise acceptable

    rating10 Feb 2026

Check in was quick and we were able to leave our bags and use the pool until our room was ready. We were given a twin room rather than the double we had paid for. Receptionist helped us book a long tail boat trip. Towels were very dated and there was some construction going on. This is about 1km walk from the pier and the main junction but very walkable once you have had your cases dropped at the hotel - they have couriers with giant wheelbarrows so don't worry if you have heavy cases. Pool is lovely, clean and well looked after and staff are constantly wiping the water and sand off the floor. Breakfast was quite basic for the high price of staying here.

    Awesome Phi Phi island adventure.

    rating03 Feb 2026

Where do I start?; the facilty, the restaurant, the staff, the beach, the markets, snorkeling ..... Such an awesome stay. I read all the reviews here. Some complained of a long walk and some complained of construction. Yes, they are building new units and yes, you have to walk a bit as there are no vehicles on the island. Neither was an issue. We loved our villa and the restaurant. Hiked to all four viewpoints for sunsets. Shopped so many stores and market stalls. Took long tail boat rides for viewing, swimming and snorkeling. Staff was extra attentive. The entire local community was so welcoming. We could so live here.

    Relatively calm quality hotel

    rating20 Jan 2026

The hotel is located towards the end of the main strip approximately 15 minutes walk from the pier. Despite being fully booked, there were no problems getting loungers by the pool or on top of the beach. The breakfast a good selection but the juice was poor quality. Rooms were a good size and clean. There was no warning, but on arrival we had to pay 2,000 baht in case for a deposit. Sure we got it back, but I had to go to the cash machine to get this money. We had a "room" 3rd floor. No lift and fairly steep steps. Yes they took our luggage to the room, but if you have even a slight mobility problem, be aware. The breakfast was also upstairs with no lift. So no pushchairs. The sea area at the beach was restricted, mainly because of the constant coming and going of various boats. Because of the tide it was only realistic to swim 40% of the time. The rest of the time, at it's deepest point was only waist deep.We booked a longtail boat for the day and were told very specifically that we would not need to pay entrance fee to the national park if we landed at Bamboo island. However on landing we had to pay 400 baht each in cash. Fortunately I had that much cash, but .....
