  Patong beach easily reachable within 10-12 mins of walking.highly budgeted,clean,hot water 24 hr,free tea,coffee packets are availabe but breakfast not included,we opted from family mart for the breakfast which is just a yard away from the stay.Also, water heating kettle is available so is air conditioner.The front desk helped us book the island tour and hire motorbikes much cheaper than the outside rates of other travels and tours.View from the hotels isnt good but street foods and restaurants are easily accessible.

  well... not much to say, good place , good location, good staff, good service, and everything was overall good only. thailand has so many touristy places that you kond of get sick of hotel hopping. but ya this was just like any other decent hotel nothing extraordinary and nothing fell short either.

  its a great property, its a 5 minute walk from the beach but I didnt mind it really. otherwise bang in the middle of the street, google will guide you. basic necessities are nearby and service is good. clean and neat, we had a good stay here

  The friendly, knowledgeable management and efficient reception staff, along with large clean room and very reasonable room rates will mean that I would be happy to return on another trip to Patong. Also the walk to the main mall was only 5 minutes.

  I have been to this hotel many time very welcoming and very friendly people specially the owner is very helpful and very honest for customer.cleaning lady very professional free parking at front of this hotel.always back to 7sky
