  Amazing Service, Great Location and Clean Rooms

  We arrived after a few day in Patong and the hotel was the perfect detox. The location is really chilled and is only a short walk to the National Park. The staff were really friendly and offered to drive us to dinner and had good info on the local area. The staff also offered to tweak the menu to add vegetarian options for us which was great. The rooms felt brand new, very clean and with good air conditioning.   We chose Be Leaf Resort for its proximity to Khao Phra Thaeo Wildlife Sanctuary and couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our first night in Phuket. It is a very new resort, so much so that the taxi’s at the airport hadn’t heard of it. A quick google maps search and we were on our way. After delays with flights, we didn’t arrive until about 8:45 pm local time. The staff stayed back to greet us and show us to our room. Extremely polite and professional staff. But it gets better... upon hearing that we hadn’t yet eaten dinner, the staff offered to drive us up the road to an area with late night restaurants, then offered to wait for us to finish our meal and drive us back to the resort! I know Thai people are friendly but you don’t get that kind of service everywhere. VERY Impressed. To top it all off, the staff then offered to drive us to our next hotel in Karon the next day! It meant the world to us to be able to relax and not have to think about organising taxis etc, after a long day of flying. The resort itself is gorgeous. Simple, smart, clean and with excellent facilities. We stayed in a twin room with aircon. All brand new fittings and appliances and very spacious and comfortable. Woke up to a lovely breakfast in a great little covered area by the pool. Coffee, muffins, fruit, juice.... all the things you need. Unfortunately we had to leave before I got a chance to try the pool, but have decided we will return later in our trip as we love it so much and can’t say enough about the amazing staff. Highly recommended, we will be back :)
