  Dump. We actually checked in and 30 minutes later checked out. The AC was leaking on the floor, the bathroom/shower was worse than a prison. The lock was broken on the door and I can break in with the doorknob lock with a credit card. The pictures online are NOTHING like what the place is like.

  STAY AWAY.This is not a resort. It is nothing - NOTHING - like the photos.You will not get a room like in the photos. Your balcony will be 2ft from a wall with no view at all. You will have bugs in your bed and be bit by them all night. I am currently hate-writing this review at 5am after being up all night.You will complain and the girl at the desk will lie and lie and lie and manipulate you into going away. You will tell her she is scamming you, that you booked a room that has these features, and she gave you a dirty room that should be rented by the hour to people too drunk to realize how dirty and broken it is.The area around the hotel looks nothing like the photos. The owner of this hotel is a con artist and a thief.

  This is a SCAM!!! The rooms do not look like they do on the website—only the more expensive ones, costing £100 per night, match the images. For that price, you could stay at a 4- or 5-star hotel with a beautiful location, clean and modern rooms. (An affordable and amazing option stay at the Phukamala Suite). I booked this room last minute (I didn’t have time to check reviews and just went off the pictures on Agoda) because the room I had booked with a friend was too noisy, and I needed something quick and comfortable. Please see the pictures of what they offered me, and don’t stay here unless you want to be disappointed.The owner/manager doesn’t care about customers at all—she even said so in Thai. This was supposed to be my last day in Thailand, but they ruined my final night by lying about the rooms.I contacted Agoda for a refund because this was clearly a case of deception. I even sent photos to Agoda, but they refused to issue a refund. Clearly, Agoda is a scam, and this isn’t the first time they’ve failed to help tourists. I found out that to be listed on Agoda, hotels must upload attractive photos of the rooms, so what’s happening in Thailand is that they only upload pictures of the two nice rooms they probably have. Disrespectful and disappointing.

  This place is a scam. We booked the room through a website. Upon arrival they told us they were fully booked but had a room for us a mile from the beach. We refused the replacement room and had to go to another hotel. We find out later that my mom was charged for the rooms that we never stayed in. The hotel claims we didn’t refuse the room and won’t refund our money. These people are criminal scum bags with no integrity, honor or work ethic. But it’s fine because they are going to get a visit from the police and we’re getting our money back
