    Lovely area, mixed experience at the hotel

    We are a family of 4 with two grown up daughters, arrived 19 December for 9 nights before moving on to Krabi.Room was clean, had no balcony to sit our on though. Free water each day and the air con worked well.Pool area was lovely but small, a sign confirmed pool bar opened at 10 but we had to wait until gone 11 before we could buy a drink or get a pool towel.The restaurant was clean and well kept. While there wasn’t a huge amount of choice for us as English guests, we managed with eggs, toast and fruit each morning, although the queue for the eggs was always long and people always pushed in, there was no queing system and staff did not say anything. It was too warm in the restaurant.Reception staff never acknowledged us, young girl at the pool bar and some restarant staff smiled at us but no interaction at all, so not very welcoming.The hotel is in a great location – quiet at night as it’s just far enough away from the main bars and restaurants, so you’re not disturbed by nightlife noise. If you don’t fancy the walk you can call for a grab/tuk tuk just outside the hotel, which we did regularly although traffic can be very heavy and probaly quicker to walk.Local beach was lovely and plenty of nightlife which we loved. Did lots of trips from this location.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    Not value for moneyHad to wait very long , room was not ready .AC and cleaning was not upto expectations TV channels not working throughoutCheck in was late , check out was on time . Will not suggest as first choice.Situation of hotel was good in center of the Pa Tong

    Never stay s this hotel the staff are not friendly they speak very aggressively and they can't speak any English I was let them 100$ deposit and in check out I must pay 1.900 bth and without asking me they exchanged my money from dollar to bht I ask them how you can do with my deposit I want to pay my extra charge with my card and they was so aggressive and they give money back bht it's very bad not only this situation I had confirmation from my agency but they didn't give us to other room I show them the voucher but doesn't work my friends was staying a other hotel they didn't accept him and they didn't help us

    İ didn't see in my life so badly hotel in my life the staff can't speak any English they are not friendly doesn't matter what I am saying they do what they want I give us garantie 100$ but by check out they exchanged my money to bht without asking me never again never again

    Short story only 1 night Good location and good Hotel in Patong not far from the beach close to shop bar , massage shop and restaurant .Front office staff very friendly ,room boy afternoon shift on 21/03/25 very friendly and helpful the room was clean good smell we definitely coming back ♥️
