    We really liked our stay here! The room was simple and clean, not fancy, which our family really enjoyed. It felt just right.The staff at the lobby were super friendly and welcoming when we arrived.And the breakfast was good too! It was simple, but tasted great.Overall, it was a nice and easy stay. We had a good time!

    We stayed as a stop over for 2 nightsWe found it clean and good value.The free tea coffee and bananas available all day was a nice touch.Friendly staff at reception.If you stay there try to avoid rooms102/03/04 they are in the reception area and very noisy especially early morning.

    This hotel is really nice! They have phones that you can borrow for free as long as you don't break it! The beds are very comforting. You also can play board games with your friends, kids, and other family members downstairs. You also have a small pool that is also available outside! But it's unusual placement of the room numbers on the ceiling got me a bit confused. This place also have bike rental if you needed to use a bike. Other than that, the rooms have a lot of space and the surrounding space -ceiling, floor, walls- have a lot of characteristics to it, you also get a small buffet every morning.

    We wanted to stay at Blu Monkey Hub in downtown Phuket. Unfortunately the external bookingsite booked us in another Blu Monkey, about 200 km north. As is was non-refundable we contacted Blu Monkey directly. The contact could not have been more helpfull. The Hub was unavailable, but he booked us in the B&B and refunded the wrong booking.The stay at B&B was comfortable. It is a little out of town, but with a taxi you are in Phuket Old Town within 20 minutes.The room, beds, bathroom and breakfast are all basic, but comfortable. In the area are some nice options for food.The staff at reception was very helpful in arranging transport, or assisting with advice. There are free bikes available (if you dare to bike in the traffick and heat)Thanks again Blu Monkey staff

    First place I‘m going to stay when I back to Phuket

    The hotel is really nice, the service is good, and especially thanks to Mr Poom who’s very kind to help me out of stuck because I rent a motobike and the motobike’s owner keep my passport, after go around Phuket at night and back to Hotel at 10:30pm, I realize that I forgot to told motobike’s owner give me passport back before 7am tomorrow morning, I don’t have his contact, I don’t see the woman was contacted with him afternoon. I go ahead to counter and ask Poom’s help, eventually Poom liased with bike’s owner and I received my passport. Really appreciate from my heart
