    This place is the worst place I have ever stayed here in 20 years of coming to Patong. The owners are rude and don't take responsibility for anything and start name calling. The shower wasn't hot, the toilet didn't flush and the room was beyond disgusting. Stay away.

    Amazing place, excellently located in PatongClean, well managed, amazing staff.10 minute walk to the beach, 8-10 minute walk to Tops grocery store and Big C grocery store.Shopping mall and 7eleven are nearby.Air conditioned, good water pressure and temperature, extremely spacious. Laundromat outside.I would definitely stay here again.

    Great owners, great location in the centre of all the action but set back from the main road so the rooms are quiet.Rooms are basic but clean as they are serviced daily. The AC works and the water is hot.The stay was well priced but this is not a resort stay, it's nice budget accommodation.

    Room are big have air con with flat tv,sattelite,nice fridge,boiller,iron,the towel is very soft and almost new,the bed is very comfortable,the recertion,the maid and owner and is wife are very great.Y will go again next year.Thanks to you all at casa jip.

    Checked in June 21-27, 2018. We have large group of 10-total, and got the entire floor, with 3-bedrooms, with large living room with open dining and kitchenThe place well kept and clean. The staff Aidriane, Poth, and all supports staff are friendly and are very help full.The place is close to the beach and short walking distance to the main attractions, and it help if you want a good night of rest without the noises.
