Location

This hotel is located on the west coast of Phuket in a wonderful location directly on Karon Mountain. The beach is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and can only be reached by the steps and footbridge.

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 72 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball and fishing are available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, banana boat rides and snorkelling. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. An entertainment programme and a kids' club are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options. The holiday village offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Cenveree Spa ans took a Aroma Massage. The rooms facing the sea were incredible — hearing the waves crashing against the rocks created such a peaceful and deeply relaxing atmosphere.The massage itself was excellent. I enjoyed it so much that I came back two days in a row, and I’m planning to return again for the rest of my trip.Lek was amazing. I had a lot of shoulder tension from a tear, and she made the treatment incredibly relaxing while helping ease the discomfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calming and professional massage experience.     Beautiful location overlooking the Karon beach.The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. The staff are very hospitable especially Bella, Bon and Boom from The Cliff restaurant who are always friendly and welcoming when we arrive at the restaurant.The rooms are big and spacious with good facilities. Value first money. The cleanliness of the villas and restaurants are very good. Noise level is minimal. The closest amenities are taxi ride away as the villas are on a steep main road with no access to public walkways.
