    No water, electricity, or facilities. Worst hotel ever

    Arrived on April 24th and no water in the room. Couldn't shower after a long trip. Brown water came out from shower and sink initially then nothing. Didn't get fixed til 24 hours later. Electricity went off at least 10 times . No apology for anything. Hotel has zero facilities as they are all under construction. No one mentioned this at the desk. No food, hair dryer broken, air con doesn't get cold enough, dirty towels. On checkout morning I had to shower in the dark without Aircon due to no power. This hotel should be closed downWorst hot I've ever stayed at in 600 hotel visits. I will be demanding a full refund

    The room has good space, we even added an extra bed for our teenager. The rooms got cleaned, and bed and towels changed everyday. Water, sope, shampoo, coffee in the room everyday. The hotel needs some paint and fixing some places, but it’s okey. Most staff is good, most is smiling and polite.Breakfast is okey, some variation from day to day. I like that the hotel is close to the restaurants and store, we can walk to the beach, but we took taxi some days. Marked is walking distance on Friday’s.Restaurant Chaba has car pickup and good food. 10% off if you tell them you live at Chabana. All in all I really had a great time here.They had the things I think is important in a hotel. I love that they feed the fish in the pawn with the leftover after breakfast.

    We got a good deal for this hotel and flights to phuket from holiday factory. The hotel has a very nice, it is clean and has relaxing ambiance. The staff are very helpful. They have a small pool. The gym and spa were not open when we were there. The breakfast buffet is thai/international but very few options. It is far from the beach but it’s walking distance to everywhere - restaurants, salons,town etc. it’s an clean and okay hotel to stay at if you want some peace and quiet

    Not a Resort but decent

    Stayed here with the family, and it is definitely not a 4 star resort, more like 3. It has many massage rooms facing the lake and do this business for outsiders. The lake is not spectacular, more like a muddy pond. Breakfast is very basic, not much selection and coffee not fresh and very bland. Rooms are large and clean, quiet and good aircon. Staff are satisfactory, nothing outstanding. Nearby are a couple of very decent restaurants with excellent selection of both Western and Thai food. Excellent, large well stocked supermarket a short walk away where we bought provisions for a week of bareboat sailing. Pool is small, only one, and beach is okay. I wouldn't stay here again as I found others more upclass and better beach location.

    We stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend in Phuket. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy! The breakfast is served right on the lagoon, which is nice. We picked this place mainly because the price was decent, and was overall a good deal.
