Location

This resort is located on a beautiful hillside south of Kata Beach, just 20 minutes' walk from the famous Patong Beach and close to other scenic spots on the hill. Patong beach is a 20-minute walk away, and the centre of Phuket is a 30-minute drive away. The airport is 50 minutes away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 144 rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A photocopier is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and include a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools (for a fee), while children have a special swimming area just for them. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. With jet skiing, banana boat rides and parasailing available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Third-party operators offer canoeing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout.

Meals

The resort includes a restaurant and a breakfast room. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes on the table will delight guests' palates. For an extra charge, the chefs will also prepare diet meals and children's meals. Baby food (for a fee) provides for little ones' well being. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For an extra fee, alcoholic beverages are available.

    Me and my family stayed at this hotel when travelling around south east Asia, this accommodation was amazing and I would highly recommend to everyone. The staff were incredibly accommodating especially Mia and Ball (plus the other concierge gentleman but sadly didn’t catch his name). We kindly had the privilege of being upgraded rooms which were HUGE and very comfortable for the 5 days we stayed. The staff made sure the whole hotel was as clean as possible. Thank you all to everyone at this hotel for the assistance and hospitality.

    The best hotel in the area in terms of location, service, food, and staff. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth as silk.Every staff member was helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices beyond Thai and Asian cuisine. Drinks and cocktails were excellent, and the breakfast selection was huge, with new options available every day. The themed buffets were fantastic as well.The value for money is amazing. Housekeeping deserves special recognition. Solly made our stay even more memorable by creating different towel animals every day and beautiful messages on the bed using cut leaves. The room was always spotless, and the attention to detail was incredible.My friend and I were speechless and left with the best feeling ever. Thank you all for making our stay so special.     Outstanding stay! This is a great hotel, very close to the beach(3-4 walk across the road) but yet away from the busy area. Lots of restaurant, convenience stores, pharmacies, massage shops within close proximity. What makes the stay special at this hotel is the quality of staff. Just simply outstanding staff. Every member right from the reception, restaurant staff, cooks, server, room cleaning, pool staff everyone has a smile on their face and go out of their way to help. My son had a cold and cough and the restaurant staff helped me with lot of stuff for home remedies for curing it. Not once did we see any without a smile. Great pools in the hotel, lovely gym as well. Breakfast spread was good and the food is very fresh. Kata beach is great too, clean and picture perfect. The area around the beach is buzzing with lot of food streets, shopping areas, massage shops, restaurants and bars. We loved our stay here and would come back for sure when next in Phuket. Special mention staff Ms. Mai who made sure to check on us everyday. Highly recommended. Please stay here.
