  Great experience, very friendly, Nai Yang has a great beach with national parks at either end, I'm coming back for sure. Owners super friendly, 300 metres from the beach, close to muslins markets (food, clothing), about 500 metres from the main part of town, good restaurants & cafes

  Pros: Near to beach.Cons: No safety deposit facilities.I paid for another hotel (Ideo Phuket) but on arrival at 19:00pm it turned out to be overbooked, so the guard/receptionist drove me to this hotel and I was given a partial cash refund (as this hotel was cheaper).I stayed in room 209 on 23-Jan-2020 for 1 night. There are no lifts.There is no safe in room and reception do not have safety deposit boxes.There were no towels in the room and when I asked, I was given a single bath towel. The small bathroom window was stuck open.On check-in I noticed the room TV was not working and despite speaking to the receptionist nothing was done to fix it.The air-con was not cold enough to cool the room.There were no rubbish bins in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom.The wifi in the room was no good. I had to go downstairs to reception to get a signal both on check-in night and the following morning.The beach is about a ten minute walk. North along beach are expensive tourist restaurants. South are Thai restaurants and food stalls where I ate in the evening and also had breakfast there the following morning.I had an early morning stroll along the beach and saw low flying planes coming to land at the nearby airport.A taxis stand is near the hotel for the short trip to the airport, however they charge the minimum fare of 200baht.

  Coffee fraud

  We stayed here for 1 night. When we had breakfast we were told ‘coffee no breakfast’. We directly asked where our breakfast would be served as we needed to catch a taxi, the lady told us the breakfast would arrive later. It all came smoothly but when we wanted to leave we suddenly had to pay for the coffee. Breakfast apparently is served without coffee here?!?!? We didn’t appreciate this at all. They insisted we payed for the coffee even after calling the owner of the hotel. Sad to leave like this after a nice night. The room is nice and also the pick up service is great! Just don’t take the breakfast. In general it’s just not worth the money.

  Good location for naiyang and airport

  Lovely decor with clean room, helpful kind staff, great location for beach, local night market, close to airport. We stayed here while working at Soi Dogs where they have a pick up point directly outside. The hotel itself is not very well sound proofed though so if you’re a light sleeper you may be disturbed by other guests, or wear ear plugs

  Nice room but needs a few details sorting out to make it so much better. Shower hose not fitted properly so water leaks down the hose.Sink tap drips.No bin, mirror, hand towels or tea spoons in the room. No safe in room or at reception. Documentation in room said to take valuables to reception but receptionist said to leave them in the room!
