    Stayed here for a wk beginning of Jan 26 as a family of 3.Hotel in perfect location for beach’s, bars etc The hotel is lovely, just needs better looking after. Bins required around the pool and general tidiness around the pool could be better. Cleaning in rooms ok, but beds could do with changing twice a wk, I did tip the cleaner and asked her to change bed and she did 😊The staff are very friendly had no problems with reception. Gym is small, but has the basics, pool loungers are a bit uncomfortable, but with a few towels they are fine, towels are provided by hotel with no issues and can change whenever u want, which is good at reception.No luggage room which is a pain if u arrive early which we did, but did just leave our bags at reception. Breakfast very basic not worth paying for.

    Awful hotel. We checked out after night 1 of 4 nights and had to book another hotel. Asked to be changed rooms and was told that they had no other rooms which was a lie, they did. Our door was broken had holes in it and all sorts getting in the holes. Room smelt like petrol and mould. When I said I know you have more rooms - I was told to leave if I wasn't happy and ask my provider for a refund. We left, emailed provider and they have not emailed me back. Awful experience.

    The worst hotel ever! The staff tried to convince us we'd damaged the TV! This situation is unacceptable! They called the police on us! They ruined our family vacation; our children were terrified. We definitely won't let this go!

    Location is reasonable, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, 7-11 etc. Rooms are spacious and clean, however quite dated. The TV in our room did not turn on and had to be unplugged and plugged back in, in order for it to work and also the fridge is very small. The pool is amazing, plenty of sun loungers, however they did not have cushions on which was quite bizarre. Breakfast was adequate, however the rest of the food at the hotel was quite undesirable. Very friendly staff, would stay again.

    An absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were all amazingly friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Our room was always clean and towels were always replenished without asking. There was a good variety of tasty food at the buffet breakfast - fried rice, noodles, vegetables, eggs, salad, and delicious fresh fruits too. Continental breakfast of various pastries, cereals, breads, and various hot continental food were also available. I weren't interested in any of the continental options as I loved all the Thai style breakfasts available.The pool was clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel.
