    This hotel has all necessary options I needed for my vacations. But the best at this hotel is the hotel team! A special great THANK YOY is for the receptionist Ning, who makes perfect concierge service. All tours she has booked for me were interesting and good organized. Ning, you are the best ❤️

    Good budget hotel which is nice and clean. Service is limited but staff is courteous and there is a small pool also. We made last minute bookings as our booking at Andamantra was cancelled by the resort without information. Compared to Andamantra, this is much better as the people here were more welcoming. Can recommend to those who are looking for budget accommodation which is nice and located close to beach

    We had only Lunch at the Restaurant, great Location overlooking the Beach.Around 20 Guest were in the Restaurant, we had a nice Table overlooking Patong Beach. We quickly received our Menus, which had a nice selection of Meat, Poultry, Seafood and Appetizers. We had to wait a long time to place the Order, as the 8 or more service Staff was very busy cleaning Tables.Finally a Lady came to our Table to take our Order, but many items werde not available, like all the Duck dishes, the salty Roti items and some other dishes, which was a disappointment.Finally we placed our order and we were waiting for a long time, very long time, around an hour, we both were very hungry and finally the first dish arrived, Shrimps with Broccoli, it was not to bad, but the Broccoli was not clean. Then a Waitress came to the Table and informed my Friend that the one Chicken Dish she ordered was not available, this after waiting for one hour, she then ordered a Tom yum Seafood, which was disgusting, the Mussels were dirty, the Calamary reminded me on Rubber Ring and it was extremely spicy and had no other flavor. The last dish, massaman curry with chicken was old, had a very bad aftertaste, we did not eat this Dish and asked for the Bill and the Manager, shortly we received the Bill, the Manager came to the Table and I told here that we were very unhappy with the Service and the Food, here answer was, oh, we had a problem in the Kitchen, a joke from an answer, I dont recommend this place to anyone it is a waiting Room far away from a good quality Restaurant, the worst Food and service i ever had in Thailand and this after over 30 years visiting this great Country

    Stayed for 5 days during Christmas week. Room: Deluve Pool ViewPros:-Clean room, pool area -Swimming pool open even at late night-Good air conditioned room-Pool view not so bad-Serve halal food-5 mins walk to 7 Eleven-5 mins walk to outside restaurants-Hotel with lift (friendly to those disabled)Cons:-Bed mattress so hard-Bathroom so small and shower head cannot be adjusted-Bad noise insulation (you can hear anyone talking at the pool and room next door)-Mosquitoes in the room-Bad odour smell from outside the room (I think it was from the public drainage)-New hotel construction just in front of the hotel (neighbour)-Limited hotel parking space (can park only 3 cars), the rest you park on the road side. Motocycle parking can fit 10.-Dangerous access from the main road towards the hotel small entry lane-Breakfast is not serve in the hotel restaurant. Need to cross the road 5 mins from hotel. Di Pantai Restaurant serve only halal food which is a plus point. But breakfast not fresh. Serve cold. If not part of the room package, need to pay extra THB200 per pax. Not worth it as if you drive within 10mins radius you can get hot cook halal food in Kalim and Patong area. Many choices are available there.-Di Pantai Restaurant closed at 9pm and not air conditioned. Very dangerous to cross the road especially after sunset even when there is a guide assisting you.Overall not a great experience to stay at Di Pantai. Nothing special that you can't get from other better options in Phuket.

    The only appreciating thing about this hotel is the quality of the rooms is ok. Rest everything is disappointing. Right from the arrival there is nobody to help you for unloading the bags from the vehicle and taking it to the rooms. We where three families comprising of 12 people. We had close to 6 big bags when requested for bag to be picked from the car they had the audacity to refuse and told that it needs to be done by ourselves. Secondly they don't have restaurant within the hotel. The free breakfast which is been served by them is served at their own restaurant which is across the road. The breakfast what is served its atrocious. Nothing for vegetarians except bread, cerials and fruits. And even for non vegetarians all the three days the spread is very similar. They serve half fry egg, instead I requested then for omlete for which they said it's chargentle. Finally I had to call my tour operator and get this done. Would not recommend this property to anyone
