    We only stayed in Phuket for one night and chose to stay here. Not bad in any way, the staff at reception were really friendly. One didn’t understand English very well so communication was at times a slight issue, but being in a non-English-speaking country, this was more our problem than theirs. Room was clean, but quite small. Decent value for money

    If you are looking for a convenient yet affordable place to stay. look no further. room is clean and spacious. short walk to shopping mall and patong nightlife. plenty of chinese eateries and local food on main road.

    My friends and I were traveling with a group, as we were leaving they charged outrageous amounts for bottles of water in the mini bar. Upon leaving we gave our credit cards. Their machine was not working and explained to them we had a flight back to NYC if they could take a photo copy of our card and we would ensure they get their money. However, they wanted cash and their machine was not working. We explained we had no way of getting cash out due to using our credit cards. They threatened to call the police. We frantically had to find away to get cash so that we could get checked out and head to the airport so we didn’t miss our flight back to NYC! This was humiliating, and very frustrating. The staff was rude, the rooms were not clean and overall I would never stay at this hotel again.

    Location-wise is okay. A bit far to walk to the main beach (Patong Beach) and Bangla Road which is around 15 mins walk. A lot of convenience store and eating places nearby. Room was clean and all of the basic amenities are available including beer (separate charge) in the minibar.
