    My stay was of 10 nights, broken locker in room,no telecom service to reception,no inhouse breakfast service,no Indian breakfast,not many all the time staff was rude in their behaviour n service.many times room cleaning staff fogets to fill soap n shampoo dispenser for which one hv to go down to reception always.a very big NO to all going to Phuket,search good properties nearby but never this one.

    My week-long stay here was perfect! From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming! My room was spacious and impeccably clean. The amenities, especially the rooftop pool was top-notch! The location was perfect, making it easy to access Bangla Road within 5 minutes walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it again for an enjoyable stay.

    My friends recommended staying at the hotel. I must admit I was a little concerned with the recent reviews. I asked to see the rooms and the facilities. Breakfast was being served and the pool bar was open. We stayed 4 nights, no complaints from the group. Good service and the usual Thai welcome. The staff were very helpful advising and helping on excursions such as the boat trip and the elephant sanctuary.

    I took my family on holiday here and I have to say it was fantastic. The proprietors are super friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is very clean with all mod cons like Wi-Fi, restaurant, and room service. There is entertainments too. I will definitely be returning bringing my family with me.

    I was initially provided with a room on one of the lower floors but then after a few nights moved to the top floor. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it has remained a very good place to base yourself. It’s relatively quiet and the rooftop pool remains a sun trap with amazing views of Phuket.The location is brilliant- a short walk to Chaweng Beach and a shorter walk to the delights of Bangla Road.The night food market and the day fruit market on your doorstep whilst the Jungceylon complex and supermarket just a stones throw away too.Saying all that- I should have missed breakfast and booked the Crib over the road as it had a better pool and a fitness centre. The prices and rooms were of the same quality.Staff take a little warming up but after a day or two were really receptive to my needs and ultra helpful.With hindsight I should have booked the Crib or mixed it up as I have previously.I had a good stay and felt looked after by the staff.
