    Great location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping centres, restaurants and nightlife. Clean, comfortable and tidy. A nice restaurant inside, which offers value for money meals.Thoroughly recommended . I will be returning on my next visit to Patong.

    Just one word to describe our stay in this hotel: DREADFUL! We were greeted by a very grumpy and unfriendly lady at the reception counter. To begin with there were no bell boys. We were told that we would need to carry all our heavy baggage to our room on the 4th floor. The room was very rundown and shabby. The bathroom had no water and were told that there was some problem with the plumbing. After about an hour the water connection was restored but then the bathroom drainage did not seem to work and there was water accumulation in the bathroom after we took a shower. Also no hand soap was provided. The telephone was completely dead and we were told (by the grumpy lady) that for any requirement whenever we needed to connect with the reception, we would need to come down to the reception from the 4th floor. Also no room service was available. No menu cards were provided. Add to this, we were told that the restaurant closed at 3 pm and that the hotel restaurant does not serve dinner. Were were told that we needed to look for dinner outside. So one piece of advice for anyone thinking to putting up in this joke of a hotel: STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE.

    Stayed here twice now, great hotel lovely staff, rooms clean confortable and have everything you need.Lovely roof top pool with snack bar, the restaurant downstairs sells great food also.It's 2 minutes from bangla Road on foot and the main shopping centre

    Nice hotel with basic amenities. Nice and friendly staff. Located 10 - 15 min from Patong beach, shopping centres, eating places and nightclubs. Buffet breakfast has the basic items of bread, butter, cornflakes, eggs and tea/coffee.One caution; there are more than one Hemingways in Patong. We learn't it the hard way, when we were dropped by the coach driver near the wrong Hemingway and we had to pull our luggage to the other one, where we had our reservation. Don't get confused and be sure of the exact hotel name.

    This Hotel needs a major overhaul.

    The Hotel's dated the fixtures and fittings need to be updated. The shower was very basic and I shared it with Cockroaches, I must have killed 3 one night, probably because the aircon was not working properly and I couldn't sleep, the reception staff are not very nice, will not stay there again, the only one good thing was the staff in the restaurant and the food.
