Location

This resort is located on the sandy Surin beach and captures the warmth and beauty of this tranquil corner of Thailand. It is a magical place, where guests can relax to the sounds of the surf or explore Phuket and its chic shopping, lively nightlife and astounding sights. This establishment is about 20 km from Phuket International Airport.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 84 suites and 172 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Meals

The resort includes a restaurant with air conditioning and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We have had a great time at this resort. Chris the manager has been attentive and always happy to help wherever possible and great with advice and recommendations of places to see outside the resort. Peach the activities manager is a legend. He speaks multiple languages and made the kids feel so special which in turn made it very relaxing for my wife and I. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Peach. Lachie and Evie can’t wait to come back.Food is very good. It certainly isn’t the largest buffet breakfast but it has something for everyone and our lunch and dinners were always delicious. Close to plenty of restaurants and local stores all within a short walk. The resort was pretty quiet while we were there but there was heaps of sun lounges by the pool. If you come looking to pick faults you will find something but if you come looking for a stress free family holiday with friendly and attentive staff you will enjoy every minute.

    We recently stayed 2 weeks at the Holiday Inn Surin Beach as a family of five (two adults and three little kids) along with my parents-in-law, and we had an absolutely fantastic time.📍 Perfect Location & Spacious RoomsThe hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from a beautiful beach and surrounded by great local shops and cafes. We stayed in a Family Room, which was well-sized with plenty of storage space for all of us. A special shoutout to our cleaner, Kor, who surprised us a few times with adorable towel animals that the kids loved!🏊‍♂️ Endless Pool FunThe pool area is top-notch, exceptionally clean, and features two waterslides. Honestly, they provided endless entertainment all day long—not just for the kids, but for the parents too! The foam parties in the pool were an absolute hit with the children. A massive thank you to Peach and his team for making the kids' stay extra fun, which made things so much easier for us parents.🍽️ Great Dining The food and beverage experience was wonderful, largely thanks to the F&B manager, Champi, and her team, who looked after us beautifully during breakfast and dinners. Breakfast offered a massive variety that changed daily. For dinner, the Thai dishes were delicious and perfectly cooked, while the kids happily devoured the popcorn chicken, burgers, and chicken satay. The only minor negative is the coffee situation. The complimentary breakfast coffee is only pre-made instant coffee (no standard drip coffee like you find at other hotels), though you do have the option to purchase cafe-style barista coffee.🌟 Outstanding ServiceWhat truly sets this resort apart is the personalized, outstanding customer service. The General Manager, Chris, was incredibly attentive, engaging, and always up for a chat and a laugh, making us feel genuinely welcome.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a big family!

    I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had such a wonderful experience. I met a very friendly staff member named Brenda, an amazing lady from Uganda. She was always greeting and welcoming me warmly, making me feel at home during my stay.I also want to thank Champi, the F&B manager, a wonderful lady from Sri Lanka. She helped me a lot while I was staying there and was truly amazing. Their kindness and hospitality made my stay even more special.

    I would advise against staying at this property if you are looking for standard service. The majority of the staff seemed unfamiliar with IHG member benefits and struggled to communicate effectively. There was a noticeable lack of energy and service-mindedness across the team. Breakfast quality was so-so. The worst part was the security guard asked if I were a staff working at this hotel and wanted to check my bag.
