    Integrity of staff of the Hill Myna Condotel

    We had 2 rooms booked on 01/04/2026. We are from Iran and were supposed to fly in from Tehran. But because of the hostilities between Iran and Israel, the airspace over Iran is closed, we will not be able to fly to Phuket. In this regard, we made a request to Hill Myna Codotel with a request to postpone our booking to a later date, although the booking was non-refundable. The staff kindly understood our situation and reissued our reservation, and in this regard, I would like to express my great appreciation and gratitude for their understanding of the situation.

    Pros: The staff was so nice, the shuttle service was helpful, the kitchen and fridge are big.Cons: the gym is dated and rusty.

    Overall the experience was great. With one minor complaint. The gym is incredibly dirty with equipment that has mold growing on it, rust from sweat and no way to clean it off after your work out. The room was excellent with fast wifi, clean towels daily, trash taken daily, and space to cook for long stays. We loved staying here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We recommend using their free shuttle to go to Surin Beach for the day. It was so beautiful.

    From the very first contact made when booking we were looked after, room was good and cleaned every day even though we were quite messy with sand from the beach, we mainly ate out locally but the facility to prepare and eat breakfast was excellent.Ansari and Koleen went out of their way to help us and this was backed by the rest of the team, every time we requested to be taken to and picked up from local area they were on time, my wife and I fully recommend Hill Myna.

    The place was Modern, clean, had friendly staff and very good facilities. Stayed here for a few days to stop off, was a perfect little place to relax. Would deffo come back. Beach near by with free drop off and pick up. Would recommend.
