There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A telephone, a TV, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and golf are available. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer many delicious options. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would like to commend your team on several aspects of the hotel:Service: Excellent (A Grade)Location: Excellent (A Grade)Breakfast: Excellent (A Grade)However, as we stayed in a suite, there were a few areas where we believe improvements could further enhance the guest experience:Insufficient Mirror LightingThere was no mirror with adequate lighting for shaving or applying makeup. The lighting around the basin area did not sufficiently illuminate the face, making it difficult to shave properly or apply makeup comfortably. Improved lighting around at least one mirror would be highly appreciated.Lack of Bathroom PrivacyAs this suite is designed for families with children, we were surprised to find that the bathroom did not have a door or any privacy feature. Whenever one of us was using the bathroom, there was always concern that a child might enter unexpectedly. While an open bathroom concept may be suitable for couples, a family suite would benefit from having a door or another privacy option that guests can use when needed.Bed Size in the Twin-Bed AreaThe suite consisted of one king bed and two single beds. We found the single beds to be quite narrow, requiring extra care when turning during sleep. Slightly wider beds would provide greater comfort, particularly for families with children.

    My friend had his wedding ceremony at Hyatt. Hotel staff was giving us excellent service ..wedding arrangements was superb ..they hosted us so well ..they were accommodating all our requirements..we felt like we were having wedding in our home country..event head Mai and her staff us provided us excellent service..I would recommend this location any one who is planning to have destination wedding or birthday celebrations

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation overall.The resort is situated on a hillside, so using the buggies is practically a must. However, that wasn’t a problem at all, because the buggy service was excellent—the drivers were always quick to respond, friendly, and reliable.Our room featured a large terrace with a hot tub, two sun loungers, and a spacious seating area with a table. The room itself was sufficiently spacious and offered plenty of storage space for a relaxing stay.In terms of dining, we were particularly impressed by the Casa Boho restaurant. The food there was very good. The quality at the club restaurant was also satisfactory. Our only regret was that the Regency Club wasn’t open for breakfast and closed as early as 8 p.m. in the evening.Another plus is the shuttle service to Kamala, which we enjoyed using. It’s very convenient and well-organized.We’d especially like to highlight the spa area. The treatments were excellent, and our therapists Leila, May and Naya did a fantastic job. However, the hotel’s greatest asset is undoubtedly the staff. From housekeeping to management, we encountered nothing but friendly, dedicated, and helpful employees. We’d like to single out Flor, Erin, Jane, Untung, and Utsah, who made our stay particularly special with their service and warmth.One small drawback is that there are some old abandoned construction sites on both sides of the resort, which are visible from certain areas of the property. However, this is completely beyond the hotel's control and did not significantly impact our overall experience.Despite this minor criticism, we can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. The outstanding service, the beautiful grounds, the excellent spa area, and the friendliness of all the staff made our stay truly special.Many thanks to the entire team—we’d love to come back!     Enjoyed the Day Shore Walk with Marat, the resident Marine Biologist. Education on corals, marine conservation, topped with jellyfish feeding. Overall, staff are friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast has a good spread.
