    The best stay at Phuket. We felt so welcomed by everyone in the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The whole property was very photogenic too. The selection of the breakfast was wide and we loved the noodle bar. We also had a dinner at Hom Restaurant, top-notch food and service! Would definitely come back!     Excellent hotel with a great swimming pool. All of the staff were wonderful and provided outstanding service. Special thanks to Bonus and Pun for taking such good care of us.     Really Good Resort ... Really Really Good Hospitality!

    We choose this hotel because of the beautiful photos online. What the pictures couldn't tell was the warm, sincere and truly accomodating hospitality from the hotel staff. In particular, Khun Mac, Sophia and Son at the Club Lounge, and Khun Ann and Bo at Pinto restaurant. Yet there were many others, the beach crew setting up the loungers, the room cleaning crew, the staff at the spa and etc. In terms of facilities, Beachside rooms are the best as they are nearest the beach. The buffet breakfast at Pinto was endlessly good as was the very inventive Japanese food at Tengoku (cleverly styled from a section of Pinto during the evening). The club lounge was also a refuge for doing nothing. The quality of the rooms and faciities at this hotel is very good but it is the people running and serving at this hotel that makes it such a standout!
