Location

This hotel is located on peaceful Mai Khao Bay in the north of Phuket. This hotel is located directly beside a magnificent beach, and in addition guests will find the famous turtle protection area. Phuket’s city airport is some 15 km from the hotel.

Facility

The resort welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 265 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Rooms

Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    It would have been better if there werent as many renovations ongoing (swimming pools some were closed). However, what made up for this was the fabulous kids club. Special shoutout and compliments for the staff at kids club who were so entertaining and caring towards our kids. One of the staff, Korn was the champ! He was so patient and cool with the kids!     Very beautiful resort and nice place to relax with the kids. They have lots of activities in the kids club and their staff is very friendly too especially Mr Korn. My kids loved to play with him so much and keep saying wanna go back to the kids club to look for him.
