    Stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Location is perfect. Situated in a residential area, it is at walking distance from sea beach. Nearby market on both side of the road are shops line up comprising of eateries, massage parlours, weed shops and mobike rentals. The room is not so big nor small with a narrow balcony. The passage to room is too narrow. Front desk is well managed by a lady. Room cleaning daily and 2 bottles of water with 2 coffee mix sachet is provided. The daily Rental without breakfast was 1300 BHT.

    Before it was better, more helpful,... now,..arrogant. The Staff was of course OK, but we had some requests that were not processed. So we chose a different hotel and that was a good thing. We won't book again. We also had to pay the difference ourselves.

    The hotel was clean and budget friendly with good service. And near from the location as well . Will recommed this to to all the budget travellers. The rooms were well spacious with good decoarations and the balcony was awesome will be good for smokers overlooking the hills.

    Nice budget hotel. If you don't mind a walk it's 10 minutes to the beach and 15-20 minutes to the shopping centre and Bangla road. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I live in budget hotels and this was ok, although a bit pricey for the location. Our room had the best shower, lots of hot water and good pressure. No waiting for 10 minutes for the hot water to arrive. The staff were very friendly.
